My tired brain thought this was an expression that meant something about how severe the depression felt. I was fascinated like wow I've never heard this expression before...
No hold on - you mean you're pregnant and struggle with depression, I just can't read with this fried brain lol....
Wish you all the best, you will get through this, take it day by day and try to stay out of the thinking loops best you can
      🙏❤

Thats where like figuerado brought out about tim walz where government acknowledges things like gay rights theres spillover to other things like quirks or red hair or like she said achne. Its less stress. And feel good about yourself. Puts a positive spin on things society used to condemn.

thank you so much for sharing your experience. I am in the acceptance phase right now. I believe I have been depressed for many years. I resonate with so many aspects of your story, down to the isolation at university and the toxic relationship which really broke me.
I really wish I can find the strength to experiment with things like you did, it’s so difficult finding the motivation and drive. I have so many hobbies and interests but I’m struggling with making decisions, even down to the tiniest thing. Thank you again for giving me a little strength today, you’re so beautiful and positive. I can’t wait to feel better 😊

Thank you so much for sharing that! I'm so glad to hear that you could relate to parts of my story and that it made you feel a little less alone in your struggles. If I can get through it, so can you! Don't give up on yourself. And if you need support, I am happy to help❤

Thanks for sharing that! A key piece that is often missing from care is optimizing the body. It's important to treat the root causes of mood disorders and address body dysfunctions like blood-sugar dysregulation, inflammation, poor gut health, poor liver health, nutrient deficiencies, hormonal dysfunctional and mitochondrial dysfunction. Please don't give up on yourself!

I will never accept my depression, I'd rather die, than stick with it.

@@drbisleen I was on SSRIs for a couple of months twice in the last three years. I stopped when I felt better, but I know that GAD is always with me and comes and goes. However, now a severe depressive episode has come out of nowhere. I'm managing on my own. It's quite hard, but I will get through it. I need to...

@@costelinha1867 have you done CBT? Because in my experience it sucks. But MCT (metacognitive therapy) has much better evidence for treating and even completely curing depression in many cases. You could look it up if you want, and there's a great book on it called "Live more think less" by Pia Callesen
