I hope this era will be remembered as the space renaissance, among other things.
Born on the right time to witness a great company making history.

I worked at an aerospace company that is helping SpaceX Reach Mars around 2030. This stuff will happen within our lifetime. People just need to accept that.
Every beam, every tile and every ring SpaceX gets in place. We are watching with excitement and hope the team finds energy to keep up the high pace. The fanbase grows as Starbase grows. Best of luck to all future launches! Up up and away!!!

These guys have become fast and furious type of drivers of Rockets.
Mars is great and all but just the fact we are about to see a fully reusable orbital rocket of this magnitude is incredible.
And made by a private company. Pretty incredible how far we've come.

yeah definitelly not a spaceport nono

I hereby support Blue Origin. Go team!
Just kidding. I couldn't even support such a company. That felt dirty to say, even for me. 😬
B N, Lol :) Fly like the wind, my Gull winged interpreter.
It's crazy how the camera footage under SS as it's landing doesn't look real but it is.
I mean, technically it's not a spaceport. So far it has been used for rocket testing that has not breached the Kármán line. In the future, it will definitely become a spaceport, but currently it is not one, to therefore starbase the spaceport dos not exist, but starbase the rocket prototype building and testing facility does.

@Black Lesbian Poet Why? There is no impossible-to-overcome roadblock, and even if Musk were to suddenly drop dead, Gwynne Shotwell would see to the success of the project. Even if the entirety of SpaceX were to suddenly fail, others would pick up were they left off. It would pretty much take a nuclear war at this point to stop the finally beginning space age from coming into full swing.
@Anonymer Nutzer Musk will never rule Mars.
@Black Lesbian Poet Oh. Great. Another flat-earther.
This kind of teaser make me so HYPE , AND HAPPY TO BE LIVE IN THIS AGE! GO SPACE X!
Did a great job at making it look professional and badass
Imagine the day when we'll all be grandparents, and look back and show our kids this video, inside a starship, killing time on the way to mars.
I have never been so excited in my life as I am these days with the advancements we are seeing both with SpaceX and with Tesla! What a wonderful time to be alive in despite all the bad things, there are still reasons to have hope!

Gonna be a banger(not litteraly hopefully).

@@sammadison1172 they gonna receive hell. I'm more concerned about the landing stage tho, like they only tested a couple flips and with pretty normal velocity. Orbit SS will go down like a comet, there a reason why dragon capsules for example only land in oceans, since it's so much easier that way. I just hope everything gets okay.
I saw every tests in live, it was very often a failure with an explosive conclusion, despite of that when the SN5 flew it was insane, and the SN8 was the best part !

Can't wait to see this metallic beast landing on Mars.
There has been talk for 70 years about going to Mars, films have been made about it, but of course nothing real has ever happened on that issue. In 1969, NASA said that it would visit Mars by the end of the 70s, then the 80s, then the 90s, so we have already stepped deep into the 21st century and again nothing !!!!!
Where do you get the optimism to ever get to Mars after all these empty promises, where you find a foothold for your optimism, please tell me, I am very interested !!

If theres going to be anyone to remember it
@Takashi Mitsua couldn't agree more
I am old enough to have witnessed the entire space program, the wonders of Mercury & Gemini, the awe of Apollo, the disappointment of Shuttle.
SpaceX have rekindled my interest, the test flight of Falcon Heavy with the Tesla car sent to Mars, and the dual landing of both boosters was awesome.
Starship is the most spectacular spacecraft I have ever seen, I wish the FAA had the same vision as Elon, his team and those of us who are rooting for that orbital launch.
Yeah, the Shuttle was a pork project, not a step forward in space launch, sadly.
