Different Killer Frost for starters. The one in this movie is based on the 2nd Killer Frost, Louise Lincoln, who is 100% an irredeemable villain. The one in the Flash is Caitlin Snow, who was a newer version of Killer Frost that appeared in the New 52 era. Once it transitioned over into DC Rebirth back in 2017, Caitlyn's Killer Frost was trying to reform and become a hero.
I do recall seeing a theory somewhere that she didn't die from that. Something about how heat works with her powers, empowering her I think? Either way, the hope is there.
So basically Riddler in most stories where Batman is nowhere to be seen. Seriously Batman damages Nigma's critical thinking worse than it does Joker's.

Funnily enough this Suicide Squad movie is supposed to happen in the Arkham universe. The new game completely ignored this story and i find this amusing because the movie's story is better and more respectul to the old games overall.

This killer frost should have taken Mrs Freeze place in the new update of the Suicide Squad game. But doesn't matter anyways since that game is beyond saving since the start.
