The HOA monthly fee is $508 for houses at the North Gate. It is very peaceful, but the beautiful views I love most from my house are gone😂. Looking forward to move away from QR.
lol there is no golf course anymore! There was a big lawsuit on this development because the golf course was sold to a developer and they wanted to build more homes on it.
I love doing food deliveries here. The security is very strict and it takes a while to get through, but once I'm in it's like you are in a different world that is very quiet and with beautiful houses which is amazing because it's still right next to busy shopping centers and roads.
Thank you so much Angela for this incredible video. I am House hunting in Las Vegas as we speak. I thought I would be moving to The Ridges - but Queensridge just kept getting my attention. I was not sure about this neighborhood until I saw your video. Thank you very much for helping me make a great choice. Queensridge - Here I come.❤❤❤❤❤
Angela, keep it up! Thank you! Ignore trolls .. Jesus! Get life you annoying self righteous viewers…must be bored! Angela.. you don’t need to respond to this one either.
Wow, bizarre set of circumstances. Guess it's a lesson to us all that relying on a golf course for nice views could backfire on you. One potential fix would be to extend the Cottonwood Canyon trails east.
Angela sorry to be so nitpicky but it appears you've included numerous factual errors that really should be corrected. Let me know if you'd like me to go over these points with you. FYI I'm a Summerlin homeowner.
Interesting, Yes please let me know the factual errors I have made. Especially since the info I mentioned came from Queensridge website. This is definitely 100% not Summerlin and is part of Peccole Ranch. In case. that is one of the errors you are going to mention.
@@favoritelasvegasrealtor Hi - Yes I clearly understand the absolute difference between Summerlin and Peccole Ranch - they're two different developments that are not affiliated in any way. Now in the first half of the video you repeatedly mention that Charleston Blvd is on the north side of Queensridge. Charleston is on the SOUTH side of the development. The opposite side of Queensridge along Alta is the NORTH side of it. Also you mentioned that the two Queensridge high-rise towers are on the northwest end of the property. They are on the NORTHEAST end of it. Another little error occurred when you were driving down the Charleston hill to the Boca Park intersection. That's unfortunately a confusing corner: the name of that cross street changes on either side of Charleston. You made a left turn from Charleston and the street there by Boca Park is called Rampart. It's only called Ft. Apache south of Charleston. I hope that clears everything up for you!
@@johnscanlan9335 Yes it does. thank you for the clarification, I had realized that the gate on Charleston was actually the South gate and not the North gate. Yes that is tricky and gets confusing when it switches from Rampart to Ft. Apache on one side it is Rampart and the other is Ft. Apache. Thank you again for the clarification. I should have done better in explaining each gate.
Hi Angela ! Im a french web tech engineer I will move to Las Vegas in a few months for a few years. And I dont wanna rent. Do you recommend this area ( queensridge - the ridges - Summerlin ) or gated community in Henderson ? Im 38. Single. And Im looking for security, calm and of course the Las Vegas shows. Sorry for the question and for my english. I watch yiur videos its very helpfull.
Come join me as I drive thru all of Las Vegas' most sought after neighborhoods. In this tour I will be showcasing Queensridge
Queensridge is so pretty. I have gone in one of the gated areas before the homes are gigantic and absolutely gorgeous.
That’s awesome! I haven’t been past the gates on the inside. But I bet they are gigantic.

I bet, it’s a shame what happened to the golf course.
Viewing the area on google maps and was wondering just what the hell was going on with that golf course lol

EHB will be building in Badlands.
Huh 🤔 never heard of them

So true, it doesn’t feel like you are in Vegas. It is a beautiful neighborhood.
Can you just let the delivery at the gate/security there ?
@@dibdab83 No, it's a massive community and you definitely need to bring the delivery direct to the house. And the security is strict
How much are the homes

That’s awesome! I am so happy for you!
Don’t do it! 10 months late, but crime is very high. The golf course is dead. Homeless people live on the abandoned golf course behind Queensridge.
The badlands golf course was never was to be built on it was buffer and drainage only !

Lol no worries. Thanks 🙏 for the comment.

Yeah but cottonwood trails is part of Summerlin and Queensridge is part of Peccole Ranch. I highly doubt that would be doable.
@@favoritelasvegasrealtor Bro I'm just spitballing here.
It is summerlin lol.
Lol not!
