I'll be honest here. I like the first one better. The second one is to bright for me. Also, the nut width on these are 46mm (1.8 inches). I wish they would make one with a 50mm (2 inch) nut width.

Well, I have the first one and I am very very happy. I don't know if I would be any happier with the second one! But yes, in terms of looks, the second one (TOD10) is nicer. The difference for a person who earns his money working with quite a lot of difficulties, is in the price. Almost 240 euro difference. And if you don't have a super electric/electronic equipment for a clean sound (remember that these are electric guitars at the end), the price difference is not noticeable at all. If you want a good acoustic in its natural sound, you should buy another guitar.
