I have the same machine and the same problem. Trying grinding rubber pulley as well. But rubber is too old and brittle. So I'm going to replace pulley myself. New one cost $30 CAD.

@@sailingtessbesssewfarnorth1746 if I could get just a few basic cams printed (zig zag/blind hem/overlock) I would use this machine more instead of just letting it sit in the closet.
Oh…… there can be many causes of irregular sewing, but the most common is tension problems. But there can be so many causes it’s not possible to say without seeing the machine, and hearing from the user what the machine does wrong.

Make the inside hot with a hair dryer, and use white spirits or kerosene to loosen it. Then try again.
Calienta el interior con un secador de pelo y usa trementina o queroseno para aflojarlo. es posible que tengas que repetir varias veces.

Yes that’s true, I remember finding the schematics online, but I’ve never seen a printed one.
