- This was a hard deal to pass-up … And it sits perfectly in a pocket where we can get by without a car (we placed another family down the road from this community). Solar panels make the electric bill nearly zero. Water and trash included in the rent. Gardener maintains the lawn. The community has multiple swimming pools, parks, a large workout gym with all of the equipment, tennis courts, etc… Kids can still walk to Oxxo and other nearby la tiendas and taco spots, and hop a ride to Conkal’s center for about $40 pesos.

That house is rockin, especially with children so they learn slowly out deir bubble. I am curious where you going from here? Merida is my main spot to get medical. could tell you so many anecdotes, but I won't right now.
In 2015, I had skin cancer on my face that when biopsied in Chetumal came back cancerous. My chet doc sent me to a doc on the NE suburbian side of Merida that marked my face in a clear and concise way with watercolor markers that I understood, performed the cut surgery and did the plastic surgery afterwards.This happened in Merida and I had a week of oversight included in the price. My face swelled up. I had bruising and the place we stayed at was aware of what was to happen, so they very good with us. After 5 days, I was feeling well enough to go to dinner and so we did. On the walk home, we stopped a grocery supermarket. My sweet hubby outside smoking a cigarette while I went into public bathroom to pee. When I came out the public bathroom and was admiring the ice cream, a young male employee came up to me in front of the freezer case and said, "Ma'am, I've noticed your face tonight and I know that you are not from here, but here we have a safe place where you can come and you have no more worries, We are trained on how to take you to a safe place.

Get it Cartess, that Solar is worh $6k /mo pesos, no brainer. Furnishing is great and pool is awesome! Good to see Haley smiling. Those washer and dryer. I bet your wife love it. We pay $22k plus bills. We got 7 months left in our lease over by Harbor.
Yes. And the 12,000 was with just two a/c units. i knew if i got a house with 4 units that bill would go through the roof. So solar was the only option. There was no way i was gonna go into a house with 4 or 5 a/c units without solar based on our consumption with 2. Seven months will fly - get ready :)

My husband and I live here in Consejo Village Jan 2006 until spring 2018 without doors. This was not our plan. I can tell you from that experience that doors make people lazy. Before we had doors, man we up before the crack of dawn, empty our boat's porta potty in to the communal latrine, start working on our garden and construction lists and mein, we must be the most working butt people in di world!😆😆😆😆

I love that rental and Solar panels, I wish!I love it! I have been in merida since April . I also chose to rent in Conkal. Love peacefulness snd larger lots for my dogs.

Oh WOW!! I see why y'all fell in love with this house! This is GREAT!! Totally gorgeous, plenty of space, love the outdoor living area and the HUGE open kitchen. The bathrooms aren't tight, like that one place with the apartment.
