Differences between an Instructional Designer and an eLearning Developer

🎓 Instructional designers design the outline of the course, investigate pedagogical approaches and determine what types of skills or knowledge the user of the course will learn, while developers will create the #elearning course following the guidelines of the instructional designer, and by using authoring tools.
