Samong, when landing a sturgeon, if you roll it on it's back they go to sleep. This makes it really easy to handle and access to the hook for easy removal. ✝️

Hey samong love watching your I myself in from Washington as well been an avid Hunter and fisherman just want to give you a tip on wrapping your bait. They make a stretchy string that's way easier and faster when tieing baits to your hook maybe try it on your next sturgeon trip
In my area it's sold, and it's called Magic thread. wrapped it sort of stretches and locks the bait on.

I grew up fishing for sturgeon in the swifter part of the snake river, around Pittsburgh Land. I moved to Dayton a few years ago and found your videos. I've tried that spot a few time and haven't even gotten a bite. Any tips? I'm going to try catching a crappie or blue gill to use as bait next time I go.
instead of wrapping your bait with fishing line, you should use miracle thread instead. it’s meant to keep bait on the hook and it helps a lot more

Don’t touch your bait without gloves! The sturgeon have poor eyesight, but they make up for it with their sense of smell. They can taste the salt on our hands and they don’t grab the bait enough to hook ‘em. But amen brother. It’s good to see new sturgeon fishin vids from ya so I don’t have to keep rewatching the old ones😂😂
