You are right Mama gebar in my opinion it is difficult to get married with the other cultures and every day I teach my kid's to married from Eritrean 🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷
I completely understand where mama Gebar is coming from. Be it a hypothetical question or not she is saying depends on the age she is, because the younger you are the easier to accept certain situations, but as you get older you become more firm in your culture and your beliefs and find he harder to marry outside of your race and culture. That's why she kept saying I would look at it from when I was 18-19 years old, because she would have a different way of thinking, than one who would be 40 or 50 plus. As a19 year old and no Eritrea where you are, you may look at other cultures and races and would be willing to marry outside your culture. She is saying the lense she would be looking through would be different given the time and age.That's what I understood from her answer, but she also said that if you truly loved one another, kokobekum etegatemu, then she would accept it even though she has no choice. Most importantly she said it is the fear and love of God one should have and not just looks.
