I agree with you 100%. I still don't know what's going to happen with the Overprime. I'm really curious to see if we can have bot matches on the 23rd, or if I can still play with my friend at least or if it's all totally over.

Ugh, yeah Rumbleverse was a tragedy. We're seeing Multiversus try to do it as well, apparently it's coming back in May. We'll see what happens...

very unconventional story, i never guessed overprime would go down so soon after launch. as far as MOBAs go I really do prefer the top down clarity to attack ranges and the ease of placing attacks, but the third person perspective really does put you more in it and immerses you more! it's a shame that paragon and smite were really the big two that were keeping that torch lit, and that paragon had to go the way it did.
here's hoping predecessor keeps going strong! and who knows, with the assets available for good, paragon may yet be re-re-rebirthed

It really did go down quickly! I genuinely hope nothing but success for Predecessor. My buddy who I featured in the video is playing Pred and has nothing but good things to say about it so far, but did say it's a lot different from The Overprime. And yeah, it's weird because I like RTS games or park management games with the God mode perspective, but for some reason League just never clicked with me. Smite did from day one though.

Are there any games you've played and enjoyed that are no longer being supported? I think about topics like these all the time. I hope that live service service games will ultimately be a fad, only proving successful for certain heavy hitting franchises, but until then, we'll have a lot of loss like this.
