Ranu Langthasa will be cursed. She won consecutively 3 years from Semkhor constituency and she has done nothing for them. It's so disheartening to see our people living like this 😢
Tears in my eyes. Because my roots are from a village named Marwa near Balichera on Silchar Lamding road. I have lived and experienced it closely in my childhood. All thanks to my mother who worked hard to send me good school and made my future.

Such a beautiful people and landscape,if the Government wants they can make new Home for just this 40 household.Thank you for showing this reality,I hope they will all have better facilities soon.
We had seen Duri living happily with you and your family. And thank you for showing the other side of Duri. It's heart breaking. I am a Social Work Student and we have been visiting communities and seen people who are living desperately, downtrodden and meet the vulnerable, where people in spite of living together in a particular region are divided by injustice and inequality in enjoying the resources. Hope they have someone who works for them in terms of advocating their needs to the higher authorities. Thank you Daniel Da and Roohi Di for making this video. It really is a challenge for me to see the other side of someone as Duri and work for a social change. 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
Oo..really it's a very heart touching to see the villagers.. mostly these little children's,may the people's see the condition through your video and chose the right person to vote😢.
Sab ko ek sath dekke bht acha laga... Or duk is baat ki hain ke woha log bht kuch problem ko face kar raha hain hum log to town m bht facility milta lekin waha ka log bht kam facility mil raha hain like education, hospital, electricity, I mean basic Jo need hain un logo ka wo tik se nh mil raha hain so hum sabiko diyan dena hain ekta dikana hain.... Srif khudka na bare me nh soch na hain Who will travel from door to door bringing education to them? Let these people be your God-think of them, work for them, pray for them incessantly. The Lord will show you the way....🙏🙏🙏 Plz support SHEMKHOR🙏🙏🙏🙏
It’s so sad to see our own brothers living in such a poor condition even after having own autonomous council😑. Do vote for the right person who will be looking after all those peoples 😞. And develop Dima hasao ! Love from Boro brother 🫶 may god bless us all .
It's really disheartening to see them in this conditions not getting infrastructure facilities etc, where as the the Persons who was incharge Or as to say Elected person of that constituency is now leaving a life of Good wealth. Surplus of #Dhan
The solution is to control child birth first.before talking about education and other facilities,do ensure family plan.with limited resources, they keep on giving birth.dont they feel guilty.if they dont then how come others will.in city area people have learnt this and checked themselves.here parents are not bothering do you think others will.you are childless and highly capable so helping them.those who have already two three do you think anyone have time to hear your plee.child is not an animal.our parents too learnt this and with two parents income brought two lives.its not always others its owns duty to refrain ones economic situation.duris father is handicapped yet producing children after children.blame him first then others.
We acknowledge the concerns regarding overpopulation, and we’ve personally advocated for responsible family planning to the villagers including Duri’s parents and keep doing so. However, it's important to shed light on the unique demographics of the Semkhor area and the Dimasas community as a whole. Dimasas boast one of the lowest population growth rates in the entire North East India region, with Semkhor area comprising less than 1500 residents, fewer than 200 of whom are permanent inhabitants in this particular village despite its centuries-long existence. When comparing this to the overpopulation crisis in certain Indian states and Assam districts, it's evident that some communities, arriving later than the Dimasas, have significantly contributed to the strain on resources and disparities in wealth distribution, leading to conflicts. Despite this, rather than casting blame, our focus remains on improving our own circumstances with the resources we possess. It's a journey that requires understanding and compassion. 🙏
Maam you need to understand the reality, family planning, education etc are luxuries that some people still cant afford though govt is providing that for free.....those villages, those families are decades away from our cities in terms of basic needs, education, health, socio-economis condition etc no school, hospitals nearby......the generation of duri might be the first school going generation and all thanks to daniel sir people like him making it possible for children like duri, there parents never went to school, they dont understand capitalism for them there whole life roams around jhum cultivation....working in jhum and feeding the whole family.....there parents never did that for them.....for them this is normal, this is life for them.....its not there fault, the govt has failed miserably here
