Excellent video, great inside look. Is this the push away from the 1-800-GRAB-DUI license plates that I was always used to seeing? Seemed to change around 2011. It definitely is a lot easier to call- I dialed #677 several times and it is seamless. Neat to see what happens behind the scenes.
