Doesn't matter how cute is a van, it is always going to look like a total disaster if you give it time. At the end, you have to clean and tidy every f day if you don't want to live in a war zone.

Best way to have the space you live in as comfortable for yourself as you can make it. All the best campers have gaffa tape/ ducktape. Water in my van is kept in two 15ltr containers that have a tap one end and a large cap for filling at the other. They can stand on end so you don't have to lift a heavy container to get water. Got them on Ebay and both were cheap. Best wishes on your videos and adventures.

@@thehappylands2507 well it's a slow process :-) ,I have had the van 12 years sort of a family day van etc ,and now reconfiguring for 1 with small hob/ sink ,leisure power and pull out bed reasonable table ,aim is to get off the treadmill and have sort of a mobile observatory ,dark sky sites and quiet spots to wake up to nature ,you know what I mean :-)
Love that you have started Youtubing and that you keep it real! Tomorrow I set off on a 4-month van adventure with my two dogs - and I am so encouraged that I don't have to keep the van like a show home! ;)

I'm actually going to start my own van life next spring (US, April-ish) so I'm currently spying 'first month' 'first six months' type videos. How ppl made it through their the early days of van life. I was working so hard but found I was caught in a cycle of burn out and recovery, so I decided to change that! 🚐💨
