I'm standing at the exact location of the first place to spray paint the first sign but there's no sign here. Maybe the snow has something to do with it and it can't be done during Xmas time?
There's no sign at the second location either. Is this a mission for Xbox Series X? If so that's weird it let me get the spray paint can but it doesn't allow me to see the signs to tag them. I'm on Series X but due to some of my buddies being on the old system still I haven't upgraded.

Got it fingered out. If the signs don't show up after you get the spray paint can restart your game and they will be there when you load back in
I've not had any issues but I know some people have had issues which resolved the following day. Hopefully they'll show up for you tomorrow 👊❤
