Looking at the McDonald's burger I think the white sauce may be a kind of mustard cause it has seeds in it like some kinds of Dijon. The darker sauce may be steak sauce or some kinda thick soy sauce.

I love the idea of Batburger, but I think it should be a single restaurant in Gotham. The country-wide chain is taking it too far. But Gotham is weird enough that I can see someone opening this. It would be a tourist gimmick that the locals think is stupid but they are perversely fond of. And some locals routinely do picket signs in front of it. It’s a busy place.
The figurines quickly become collectors items. But they don’t do villain figurines in case someone doesn’t like their likeness. And they don’t have the Joker’s face anywhere.
I also enjoy the idea that Bruce eats fast food with utensils when in public, as an act. And to embarrass his kids. He can multitask like that.

Toy ideas and descriptions related to them:
•Pencilhead figurine (with working eraser head): Didn't really need to be asked, Batburger decided that a toy with an eraser would be popular
•Mr.Freeze Snowglobe line: A toy line where each member of the batfamily were posed in a snowglobe, fighting mr. Freeze. Mr. Freeze doesn't care about it that much
•Riddle Cube: A Rubix Cube based on the Riddler. There was a huge back-and-forth dispute between the designers and Nigma, who wanted the rubix cubes to be more challenging and not aimed for ages 12-under
•Roxy Rocket Rocket Blaster: A Roxy Rocket-themed slam launcher toy. Probably the rarest toy, since it was the last toy Krank Co. made before being shut down under...'legal' issues and Batburger had to recall the rest under suspicion of Toymaker tampering them. A pre-owned Roxy Rocket Launcher could go for a hundred dollars
•Batman Grapple Launcher: A small grappler toy that got recalled after complaints of children shooting themselves in the eye. Another toy that goes for hundreds of dollars online
•Crazy Quilt Crazy Goggles: This got revoked one week after it was distributed, after Batburger got ridiculed online for mocking Crazy Quilt's disability. This is the rarest, and most expensive toy that many collectors search for to complete their collection
•Two-Face's Double-Sided Coin: A double sided coin where one side shows Harvey (Unscarred Face) and the other shows Bad Harv (Scarred Face). A popular rumor is that Two-Face once misplaced his coin and had one of his goons buy a kid's meal to use this toy as a replacement. One source asked Nightwing if the rumor was true, and Nightwing could only say that he could neither confirm nor deny it happened
•Music Meister's Music Kazoo: 'The only Batburger toy to solve a crime!' was the main appeal to the toy after Batman admitted that he could only stop Music Meister by using the kazoo. Nobody knows how or why the kazoo, but that doesn't mean it isn't one of the most bestselling toys that Batburger has ever sold

Would the Magistrate close down Bat Burger because it glorifies vigilantes?
Are there Victor fries at Bat Burger?
Does Bat Burger take items off the menu while the supervillains they correspond to are attacking the city or do those attacks up sales?
Does the owner pay Gotham villains to commit major crimes when the food linked to that villain isn't selling well enough?
Who owns Bat Burger (for some reason my money's on Booster Gold)?
Given that Bat Burger has chains outside Gotham what does this say for the global popularity of Batman compared to other superheroes that may or may not have fast-food chains?

I actually really like Batburger. I know they don't, like, give it a backstory, and it's kinda implied to be new, but come on, it's a chain restaurant, it had to start somewhere. I like to picture it as starting out when Batman was just an urban legend, tourist trap style a la Mothman or Salem Witch Trials kitsch. I can see the villain menu items getting added essentially as protection FROM the villains overtime as the costumed villain scene gets worse in Gotham. I doubt the gangs and mobs really cared about a batman themed restaurant, but when Joker came knocking and threatened to blow the place up for the audacity of not having anything Joker themed on the menu, some manager came up with "Jokerized fries" on the spot, and they got out of the altercation with just a couple stolen buckets of fries as damages. Maybe they considered closing, but then the Justice League became a thing, Batman was a confirmed and famous hero, and they had more business than ever. So it just became a franchise, and their non-Gotham locations more than make up for the number of times the OG restaurant's been robbed.
I know I'm putting way more thought into the backstory of this restaurant than DC ever did, but idk, I like it. I think it's a fun concept.

Could the distinction of Bruce eating a burger like a normal person verses with a knife and fork have anything to do with the fact that he used the knife and fork as Bruce and the other times he's in the Batman suit? I mean, if you' in a suit and tie, and probably have a board meeting or something later that day, maybe you're a bit more dainty about how you eat. Whereas if you're wearing your night time extrajudicial tactical gear, which regularly gets dirty and probably has seen its fair share of bloodstains (yours and others) what's a bit of ketchup or burger grease going to do to it...? 🤷‍♂
