For the one's saying "U would already have cut yourself" it's not his fault, the octane balisong combo didn't mind the bite handle so which means you'll get cut if you do this with a live blade (which he included in the beginning of the video). You can only do this on a trainer. And also for the one's that keep asking this is the Barebones made by Blade Runner System's (BRS).
Octane literally suicide bombed himself to be faster in the Titanfall gauntlet, he ain't scared of the balisong's blade. Also, you're not gonna flip with Octane's knife, it's double edged.
if you stick to the OG combo 100% all the way through with a live blade its impossible,and this also hurt my soul to disrespect the bite handle but I had to do it for the clout.

I've been working on a 100% exact copy of his trick based on a frame-by-frame of his animation, so if you dont mind me saying, you got most of it wrong after the aerial. You caught the wrong handle, it should be a ring finger Chaplin, not middle finger, then an index Chaplin, then y2k. All that said, it is a major pleasure watching you perform this, and I have nothing but the best intentions. Will be looking into your other videos.

It really depends on the knife, if it's one that has the blade really high you could go for it. I'd never risk it though.
