This is your first video?!? You have become one of my favorites! You are so fluent with the fragrances and actually pronounce them correctly 🤗 You’re the best!! 💛
I'm amazed how natural and charismatic you are in your first video! Really nice descriptions of the scents. Looking forward to more videos. I'm kinda a little proud you took the TH-cam plunge. Outta the blocks now!
Aw Chris thank you! Coming from you it means SO much, really appreciate it! I've planned a men's review and also a super fun video that's a little different. Stay tuned...!
I saw Lalibela, i instantly clicked the like button. Seriously, Laliebela is so underrated, and personally I think it's a unisex fragrance, I can confidently wear Lalibela (I do believe fragrance is genderless). It gives me confidence, it has elegant yet mysterious aura in it (and last all day). PURE CLASS. The house of Memo also offers several great fragrances like the elegant Italian Leather, wild African Leather, Marfa Spices, and Granada.
How lovely! I haven't heard many people talk about this fragrance yet alone wear it as their signature scent so it's good to hear. Have a lovely day Ines :)
A fantastic job Josephine. 🥰 I almost feel ashamed that I haven't worn Jasmin Rouge, because I love smoky teas. Btw, the speech bubbles are so cute. Seems that Bal d'Afrique has a lot to say! 🤭
Thank you for the wonderful feedback! So pleased you like my little bubbles! Jasmin Rouge is brilliant... I feel mine is starting to go off a little... I guess that's what happens when you keep your perfumes for over 6 years!
I absolutely love Jardin Sur le Toit. I don’t understand why it’s not more popular but to me it’s gorgeous and elegant and reminds me of Paris. The opening is very green so perhaps that’s why it’s less liked.
I love to hear your enthusiasm for "Lagune". It is one of my all time favourite smells and Christine Nagel really did a fantastic job, for me this scent is really underrated.
I love Lalibela ! I love the place too (an ancient city in Ethiopia, a beautiful and mystical place). The fragrance reflects all that beauty and spirituality. ❤️
I purchased Hermes sur la lagune, not realizing what a masterpiece it is. I sprayed it once and I felt I had to buy it but the longevity and the beauty of this fragrance is amazing. I also love The fact that this fragrance was inspired by a English lords garden in Italy. Twilly is the other one that I bought, and that is another good one.
Bonjour chérie. Your videos are addictive I keep coming back and waiting for your next upload. Right now I'm bingewatching your videos and I still can't get enough of how amazing your contents are. For me, you are the best of the best fragrance reviewer on youtube ever! Your product recommendations ended up being on my top 10 list for life and must repurchase fragrances. You have an awesome camera presence with the personality and wit to boot. The result? Le femme fatale! Keep up the excellent job.👍👍Keep being consistent with your uploads and whatever you love doing and success will certainly find you and stay with you. Love from Ohio. ❤😍
Thank you for the kind and thoughtful comment. I'm so happy to hear you enjoy my recommendations and that you find my videos useful! Wishing you a great day :)
I received today Lalibela and it's a tropical creamy vanilla coconut scent. Almost a skin scent. Appropriate for day use. I don't think Daenarus would choose this scent but it is a beautiful sunny warm coconut fragrance.
Good video. A fragrance is so much more than how it smells, it is how it makes you feel, the emotions and memories it evokes the places you can imagine yourself being in whilst wearing a fragrance. To be in Ibiza and smell like the ocean breeze mixed with the heat of the sun baking the sun kissed beaches, or skiing in the Alps and feeling the warmth and richness of a fire mixed with sweet notes of mulled wine cutting through the cold air. Fragrances aren't meant to be experienced in isolation, they enhance and lift up the places we go to while we are there and make us want to revisit them when we leave. Look forward to more videos.
Wow thank you so much! Words of wisdom! You couldn't have found a better way to explain how fragrance can make one feel. I'm so so happy you enjoyed this video... I do try to put a bit of context, not just the notes so that you may have a glimpse of what a fragrance can evoke / where it transports you. Can't wait to share more content with you! :)
Jasmin Rouge is obsessive and sexy ! I could not wear it because I find it too opulent for me but I love smelling it 💕. Bal d'Afrique is one of my favorite perfumes, I love it so much on the skin 🥰. I'm so happy to hear you and I wish all the best in this new adventure ! 🌟
Jasmin Rouge can be a handful, very true but I LOVE it! And yes Bal d'Afrique is gorgeous. I actually found a very similar scent to it from Eight & Bob Megève I believe... Thank you for the support my dear it means a lot :) xxx
Josephine you look and sound soo fabulous ... it's a great pleasure to watch and listen to you ... and you have such an amazing collection of aromas ... I am delighted!!!
Yes you are the best!!! I watched a lot of your video's because I love your knowledge, pronunciation, professional attitude and fun! If this is your first video, wow!!
So I saw every video now in the opposite direction 😊 Keep up the good work your doing a great job! You've got a great (not so cheap 😉) fragrance style Love it
@Jus de Rose new subbie here! Love your taste in fragrance and how you describe them. Really helpful. Can you please also let us know about sillage and how long long the fragrance last generally or on your skin? Looking forward to many new videos and content ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for your support Nelly! The sillage and tenacity of the fragrances vary. For the ones I described all of them last at least 6h on my skin and in terms of sillage all of them are pretty strong except for Bal d'Afrique from Byredo that's a more intimate scent.
I love Bal d 'africue. It was my first niche fragfrance. It has always a special place in my heart ❤.Thank you for intresting video. And yes Aerin is very underrated in fragfrance community.
A great debut! Thank you for your heartfelt impressions on these perfumes. I can already see that I'll need to check out Memo and Byredo houses as well as some of the ones you have behind you! I'm looking forward to more. Also, poop-gate is well and truly behind you now! :)
Hi, Jus! Can you do as well a video with your top safe choices for special occasions (like wedding, prom, baby showers, engagement party or so)? Thanks :)
Thank you for giving me the idea to dive into Hermès parfums. I am a fan of Twilly d'Hermès yet I haven't tried any of their other parfums. Thanks to you I will. Great review.
Thanks a lot Richard, really appreciate the support! Super pleased to hear that you enjoyed watching this video. I'll be posting some men's content soon :)
Fantastic! I am a bit of an enthusiast myself. I don't adhere to the boundaries of male and female fragrance, more, if I like it, I like it! Looking forward to more content. 👍
Do you have a layering suggestion for Tom Ford Lost Cherry. The dry down too sweet and no lasting power. Should have listened to your recommendation not to buy but don’t want to ditch it

Another Memo fan, yay! Agree with you. Memo is such a beautiful niche brand :)
I love how you shown not the usual popular fragrances ... definitely going to try these
I adore Gardenia Rattan, it was my signature summer scent for several years 👌🏻
How lovely! I haven't heard many people talk about this fragrance yet alone wear it as their signature scent so it's good to hear. Have a lovely day Ines :)

Haha! Notice Josephine didn't film outdoors to avoid the bird bombs.
Thank you for your kind comment and support! Really excited to share more videos with you. And yes, better to film indoors :)
AHAHA YES. I've learned my lesson... Forget the umbrella against the rain, next time I'll put it better use :D

People comment on your French, and I saw that you're Swiss, so it makes absolute sense 🤣. It's pretty much your 2nd language.
