To all the daughters in law out there, you do not have to listen to your mother-in-law, telling you that she is going to educate you on how to be a good wife chances are that education will include verbal abuse, and sometimes physical abuse. If that happens to you, please do not feel that you have to continue to be abused your mother-in-law has no right to do that to you and neither does any member of her family, they have no right to treat you like a maid or a slave absolutely none. If you are in a situation like that, please talk to somebody in a member of your family to help you get out of that situation. No one should be physically or verbally abused ever.

I’ve seen a bit of this from a friend who was from an Asian migrant family, the daughter was expected to be the housekeeper along with the mother, and her brother told me it was the expectation of the daughter to fulfill the same role when was eventually married. In this case, I think we’re more looking at a mother/mother-in-law who has a “holier-than-thou” attitude, so just expects everyone to cater to her demands, especially the daughter-in-law

There is at least a week in the hospital and then being transfered over to a rehab center where she would be taken care of till the doctors state that she can start on her walking stage as she would have to have assistance in getting her hip back to full use if it was dislocated as the story claims.
