@@yancylevi Na intriga then ako kaya nagresearch talaga ako and thanks to the internet! Lol So anyway, public info ang address pero ayaw ko ipost dito.. But tama yung first answer mo. Name ng owner ay Virgie (ayaw ko din ipost ang apilyedo lol), nasa 70's na yung edad nya, but she's been a very successful business woman ever since. Currently sya yung owner ng isang Savings Bank, and past business ventures nya ay Entrelagos, at isang Trading sa HK. Isa din syang past Chief financial officer, a board director and treasurer ng isang companya sa Subic Bay. I'm not sure if nakatira sya sa Orlando florida, kasi at one point naka based sya sa hong kong and I think currently nasa Pilipinas sya nakabased... In other words she's a not an ordinary woman, im sure she's very intelligent and very hardworking kaya napundar nya lahat ng nasa sakanya ngayon..

It’s beautiful and we can appreciate the design more being Filipinos. But this house will take some time to sell. They’ll have to find a qualified buyer who would appreciate the details of the house or would be willing to invest more money to change the interior to accommodate their taste. That would be very challenging.

If the mansion is overlooking the ocean it’ll have a big chance of being sold right away. The architecture though is kind of outdated..modern mansions are more in demand now.
It's beautiful, but quite expensive. If I have money I would rather buy a lot and build on my own..That way I know that I'm the first dweller in the house. I also agree that it's unique. But for me it feels kind of dreary and dark. It has a museum feel, not a home. I would want a homey sunny and cheerful place. The attraction for me is the wood carvings. It's really impressive.

Definitely a “unique” property, for a unique buyer. It can take years for a unique property to sell because you’re looking for that one unique buyer, or sell it for a discounted price. I appreciate the creativity, but those are specific for the owner, it would be difficult to find a buyer with the same liking and taste as the owner.

It’s the location and not the house. This is for a specific buyer. Otherwise, everything would have to be knocked down and remodeled.

I've been to this house a lot of times, since the caretakers are family friends of ours. And indeed you'll feel that nationalistic vibe and aura whenever you're inside. It's a mansion, but at the same time you dont feel intimidated by it. On the contrary, it feels homey, and the homage to filipino culture makes you feel closer to our native land, the Phils.

Hindi yan ang pinakamahal na bahay dito sa Florida. Realtor ako dito sa Florida kaya gumawa ako ng search na between $20 Million and $40 million. Mayroon pang isa sa bandang Ocala na binebenta ng $38 million. Dito sa malapit sa amin sa Sarasota naman ay may ibinebentang $28 million na nasa harap ng white sand beach. Kaya ang opinon ko sa bahay na yan ay overpriced. Orlando is really not as desirble a city for a very high priced property like this one. I'm pretty sure if I adjust my search price to $100 Million, I'll find them at West Palm Beach or Miami. Wag po masyadong mayabang😆
