rx 460 tested here is 2gb version.... the 4gb model is about the same as the 560. I have both a 470 4gb and a 460 4gb. but all are great cards, just avoid 2gb models.

IF... money is not the problem of course, I would go for the RX 570 8gb instead. I guess it depends on the type of games you'll be playing. I own the RX 560 myself and is not bad at all on pre 2015 games, and decent if you dont mind low settings/resolution on newer games... Thing is, I can already see that it will struggle a lot more with 2020 titles. In fact, it does with older games that are either bad optimized or simply demand too much gpu power. If anything, maybe go for RX560, but consider getting 16GB RAM atleast (DDR4 of course).

400/500 só foi refinamento, as 500 são as famosas requentadas da AMD, nova geração foram as Vega, e agora são as RX 5000.
