They gave me the same reason but i think its very healthy and during my first trimester when i was unable to eat anything due to morning sickness, coconut helped me a lot.. Gave me energy to do things. And because it has healthy oils which kept my skin healthy and glowing.
I'm a Malay an it's a culture here to eat with hand! I love eating with my hand, it gives me real satisfaction because I can have a big bite and i enjoy the food sm 😂❤

They say your digestive process process starts working much FASTER when you eat with your fingers instead of a utensil because your brain senses the touch so much more quickly. IDK about the coconut 🥥, but I’m sure it’s true, Ayurvedic Medicine is very good. I’ve seen where they massage & Oil the babies with different oils & this is done for the mum as well. It seems like it helps with stretch marks too with the different oils. My husband is from India & I’ve seen this practice there. TFS, looked so good 😊👍🏻👏🏻
