Those hydros look like fun big B.. I haven't been able to run my to new hydros I got for Christmas the winds blowing out here in California my lake at the park is surrounded by trees and branches get blown everywhere last time I took my boats out after the wind I broke off a rudder on my aeroboat... At least there's no fires here in Riverside where you see the fires down in Malibu and Coast highway is beautiful I can't believe that's all burnt I take my hot rod my 66 ranchero and cruise Coast all the way up through there in the summer it's beautiful up there you see how the other half lives.... A sad way to start out the new year... Keep up the videos. Full triggerrrrr
I hope the winds calm down soon so you can get your hydros out! Heart breaking to see the fires do so much damage in such a short time, be safe out there my friend!
Hey B I know its not your thing but I just learned a new IMPBA club has opened in Wilmington, NC. I thought it would be cool as heck if you went there sometime and did whole video on it.
Yep my lipo chargers display IR on each cell. As the battery get hot from running and discharging the lipo temp goes up if you put a big enough load on it
15 * this morning in Richmond Va. hey Big B is your 4mm flex cable and strut got a 3/16 stepup prop shaft ? or do you have duplicate prop sizes for each, one 3/16 and one 4mm ? I try to keep everything at 3/16 if possible, but I do have a few 4mm bore props and 1/8 bore props. Also ESCs frustrate me to no end, simply because I have no way of knowing what comes out of the three wires. I really need to set up a test bench analyzer, airplane prop, rpm counter, watt meter. I miss the old school servo actuated resistor style speed controllers 🤣 those were the days, nothing like the smell of burnt electricity 🤣😂😆. BGFL
The Deltaforce has a 4mm flex & stub shaft, I use 3/16 K&S brass tube as a 4mm to 3/16 prop shim for my 3/16 props. I basically use the 4mm flex for my smaller twin builds because the hardware is smaller and, more importantly, cheaper.. allows 4mm & 3/16 prop options
Big B , hang in there buddy ! What is the weight of the two boats ? The white one I am thinking will be more than double the weight of the green boat . That could be a contributing factor ?
24 twin is an overweight, overpowered PIG 🐖 The 17" hydro weight 2 lb 4.3 oz The 24" Twin weight 5 lb 1 oz I just got home. i threw both boats on the scale with their lipos batteries, almost a 3 pound difference 😅
They were both looking good! The white 24 finally starting to find her grove above the water!

I'll check it out thanks!
Great video and glad the problem with the 24 was just the Lipo✌️…
You and me both! I was seriously thinking one of the speed controls went bad.

Mine does, too. Next time I charge the CNHL lipos, I will document the IR and let you know the next run with the DELTAFORCE twin. BG4L
Solid ice here
