Absolutely incredible. Nobody standee a chance. She PFP our best wrestler. She will be the face of women’s wrestling for the next decade+. I salute you Amit!
The little giggles after she says "I'm an Olympic champion" are so cute. You can tell she's bursting with emotion but she's keeping her composure very well
Girl- I would be proud of you medal or not. You gave it your all, your family gave it their all, and your energy is palpable from across the world. Am Yisrael chai!
her dominance is crazy. that's the distinction for me. if you watch her 2022 and 2023 World Championship runs, it's snap down --> go behind --> leg lace/gut wrench. she's beating the most elite wrestlers with the most basic moves! unlike John Smith revolutionizing wrestling with his low single, or Jordan Burroughs' unstoppable blast double, Amit Elor isn't doing anything flashy or spectacular; she's just dominating.
When she talked about the crowd and wrestling in empty arenas that really resounded with me... I wonder if they could combine the wrestling mats to feature both men's wrestling and on another or others they have the women's matches so both are happening at the same time just like in the Olympics.
Man this is my favorite athlete I've discovered form these olympics, and I don't even fw wrestling. But after seeing her matches, reading her story, and hearing her speak, its hard not to love her.
🎉🎉way to go Amit! What an amazing performance, I wish you a lifetime of success (but what can top this!?). Will have my boys watching all of your matches. Just simply an amazing performance, you put it all together on the biggest stage of your life. Well done young lady, so proud of you.
Congratulations! Well earned & deserved. Your sustained humility, faith, perseverance, positivity & willingness to grow throughout it all are why you're the best in the world & will only continue to get better. You'll do similarly for others as Sara did for you. You represent your family, team, country and sport well, Amit!
confirming the obvious-- she's an eastern style wrestler, loves, and is a master of, ties; very patient, strong, and consistent, not compelled to do anything huge. Grinds her opponent down while being just aggressive enough until opponent makes a poor attempt then capitalizes on it. If anyone were to beat her, it would have to be 'american style' ie: from space with low attacks, power and speed. Overall amazing to watch and a real prodigy. Shes awesome.
Her father died when she was only 18. She is an incredible story of courage and success. I hope that the Palestinian activists don’t prevent her from getting a good sponsorship.
Love her, a true hero. Amit is clearly in a class of her own rn, AMAZING!! Kind of wish y'all didn't do her interview in a dark alley or whatever but u can't win 'em all lol
"ohh it just started glowing, the Eifel Tower". What a beautiful moment, showing while being mature for her age, shes not far from being a child. Very impressive lady. Will watch her going forward. Congrats on your gold!
it's Gablesque. Gable won 1972 allowing zero points. Elor wins this year allowing only 2 points in four matches. Both lost a sibling to tragedies. Both are phenoms.
I train at the gym I have seen you train before and my dad got a signed shirt from you and I do jiu jitsu I’m a 12 year old girl hopefully following in your footsteps my dad has talked to you and once helped your deadlift at the gym i really hope I can meet you and that forma gym gives you a celebration
I have never had any interest in wrestling until watching her performance. Absolutely breathtaking. I'm a male btw, plenty of wrestlers to look up to. But she is my favorite.
Absolutely incredible. Nobody standee a chance. She PFP our best wrestler. She will be the face of women’s wrestling for the next decade+.
I salute you Amit!
pfp women for sure!
You made America and the American wrestling community Proud!!
She is also Israeli and speaks Hebrew 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Her father was a famous Israeli athlete, her parents moved to USA and there Amit was born.
Congratulations Amit , you are amazing...
With her name, and all the family names I was hearing, I knew at least one of the parents had to be Israeli. Thanks for confirming that!!
The little giggles after she says "I'm an Olympic champion" are so cute. You can tell she's bursting with emotion but she's keeping her composure very well

I just read her story and her accolades. She hasnt lost one single match since 2019. 37 straight wins with a cumulative score of 322-16.

Congrats Amit. Your father and brother may they rest in peace would be so proud.
I hope that she gets an excellent sponsorship.
She really deserves it.
she deserves all the acclaims and is very marketable.
When she talked about the crowd and wrestling in empty arenas that really resounded with me... I wonder if they could combine the wrestling mats to feature both men's wrestling and on another or others they have the women's matches so both are happening at the same time just like in the Olympics.
One of the most honest and candid perspectives from any Olympian. Great interview. Congrats Amit, so well earned!
humility and hard word made Amit a champion. a breath of fresh air...
So bad ass and what a great interview. She's very well spoken for being so young.
The humility that this young lady shows extreme maturity. Wow I’m a fan !
Man this is my favorite athlete I've discovered form these olympics, and I don't even fw wrestling. But after seeing her matches, reading her story, and hearing her speak, its hard not to love her.
For me Sarah Hildebrandt
Not only very good... but great wrestling IQ and analysis, especially at 20 yrs old. Wise beyond her years... in more than wrestling as well.
She’s the best!! I can’t say enough how proud I am to have her inspiring the next generation of ladies! Let’s go GIRLS!

Amit and Sarah, not only amazing athletes but so kind and positive to everyone. Which is far more important!
I feel blessed with how the woman’s freestyle and Greco Roman bouts have gone so far, hopefully men’s freestyle gets the job done this week.

She sounds like she can be a coach some day but she is in her prime of winning!
Congrats Amit!
Amit is my new favorite Olympian, she's a legend and I can't wait to watch her dominate the sport for more years to come
Not just talented, very smart.
Absolute beast mode. Pure domination. Love to see it. Keep at it💪🤙
Great interview. She should read Andre Agassi's book "Open". Andre talks about how he hated tennis.

What a humble smart woman.
You make me proud to be an American!!!
Pro-Palestinians in America actually tried to cyberbully this young lady bc her parents are Israeli. Hysterical.
They are the devil while people like this are the angels!
These women are amazing warriors with athletic abilities like no other. Way to go Elor!!!! You made America proud!
it's Gablesque. Gable won 1972 allowing zero points. Elor wins this year allowing only 2 points in four matches. Both lost a sibling to tragedies. Both are phenoms.
Elite Amit
Her record is real. The numbers don't lie. It's not like her stats came from the Gaza Ministry of Health
This amazing wrestler has not lost a match in five years.
Such a proud Moment! SO Happy for Amit!
Seems really smart. Knows a lot about wrestling.
She trains out of NYC. But she’s from California. CIF State Champion!!!
Wow, so mature, articulate, poised, down to earth....
Wow, she is incredible
Am Israel Chi! Come back to Ashkelon and show us the way :)
i would love to see Ms Elor transition to Judo...something tells me she would be a special talent.
I completely love her ❤
Whate a great person.
A true champion🇺🇸!!!
Lock in for the next ten years, folks. As soon as she said, “I’m strong but I want to be a great wrestler.” It was clear she’s on her way to legend.
extremely wise for her age, so impressive all around
I have never had any interest in wrestling until watching her performance. Absolutely breathtaking. I'm a male btw, plenty of wrestlers to look up to. But she is my favorite.
Greatness!
Brace yourself champ. You are only 20, you will have many, many more "best" moments in your future. Good practice for 2028!!!
Amit for President!
Let’s lure more fans into our sport! The lure allure Elor!
USA! And she’s a real woman!!!
She has wrestling knowledge beyond her age.
Awesome young lady.
If she goes to UFC it's over for the ladies division.
shes an absolute beast but she's so personable
❤🇮🇱❤🇮🇱❤🇮🇱❤🇮🇱🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

If she liked the crowd in Paris. Wait until she hears how loud the crowd will be in 4 years in LA.
She WENT FROM BABY GOAT TO MINI GOAT
🎉🎉
I'm in love. This woman should be president.
The left underhook demolished her opponent in the semis.
She devasted the other wrestler.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ FULL 🎉🎉🎉
"Describe that moment..." WTF dude, could you possible come up a more inane question? Please, sign up for Sean Evans Masterclass.
Ekelson Sebate
lol easy bracket compared to the Kirghiz, wasn’t really tired
She beat two world champs. One in the first match and one in the finals. Easy bracket? C'mon man.
What
Congrats Amit! 🥇
