just wash your hair, braid it and leave it alone. Wash it after 2 weeks (or more if you can) and again LEAVE IT ALONE. I tried so many oils/products, but trust me just creating a routine and sticking to it (NOT having your hands in your hair 24/7) will make your hair grow strong and healthy.
Ik I'm late, but due to this quarantine I've decided to take time to take care of myself by trying to stay active, eating properly, and trying to grow my hair. In the past year my hair has broken off three times all because of SPLIT ENDS. The first time it was because I hadnt cut my split ends in MONTHS. the second time was because I used heat to make my hair easier to comb which led to split ends... Then the third was because of products I used with alcohol in it which resulted in split ends. I also have this condition I inherited from my mom called seborhric dermatatis (definitely did not spell that right) basically it's a extremely dry scalp condition that results in flakes. The doctor recommended me a shampoo, but it damaged my hair because of the chemicals inside of it. A tip for that, is coconut oil. But anyway, ive been looking for ways to grow my hair and deal with my condition which is actually somewhat common! I stumbled apon your video, and I'm so glad you went into detail down to the very origin of the product! I will definitely will be trying these out! Tysm ❤️ also you're very pretty and I love your hair
I’ve been using Jamaica Black Castro oil for a year as well, but for some reasonI’ve noticed the top portion of my hair thinning more. Now I did recently start braiding or twisting my hair as well, so maybe that has something to do with it.. I’m not sure. But if its braiding my hair that’s causing the thinning thing I need a solution that can grow my hair strong enough to be able to braid.
I did a Neem oil treatment along with some Castor oil, Coconut oil, Almond oil, Peppermint oil and Olive oil. My relaxed hair was THIRSTY when I started (had been a bit on the lazy side lately 😅) and when I finished the treatment and washed it out, I could FEEL the difference adding the Neem oil made. You are talking so much truth when it comes to Neem oil. It may not smell the best but it works wonders. A little goes a long way
In France we have bringaraj&brahmi infused in castor oil🙆🏽, bringaraj is the best powder to increase growth and stop hair loss, brahmi powder brings a lot of volume and shine, I like using them as powder and oil at the same time (sorry for my bad english😂)
I thought this was gonna be another video talking about the most basic oils like "coconut oil, avocado, jojoba, olive oil blah blah" but U actually talked about aravedic oils and actually explaining why these ethnic oils are good for Ur scalp. I appreciate it so much cos U actually showed us different oils that work better than the basic ones. Thank you
*There are many oils that can be used to promote healthy and thick hair.* *Argan oil* _is rich in vitamin E, which promotes a balanced scalp environment for great locks!_ *Olive oil* _has loads of antioxidants like Vitamin E too so it's perfect if you want more protection from split ends._
Darling can you make a video on your oil mixture? Do you use equal parts of each one (of the ayurveda oils)? I've been doing a ton of research on the ayurveda hair growth system for months, I am so happy to see you are using it and it's working for you! Thank you so much! *Besos*
Neem oil doesn’t smell as bad as u made it seem. I got it today and was bracing myself for a horrible smell and i was think okay not that bad I can mask this with another oil
I like to mix in some tea tree oil also to help the itching especially when I have braids and I LOVE to go and get some pure Vitamin E oil from the pharmacy section too
I use argan oil to protect my ends when i can and topknot it and braid it a lot and my hair is really shiny and down my mid-back. Also to note I had cut my hair to a long bob a year ago (my hair grows slowly too)
1 egg, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (warmed up/melted and origanic) 1 bananna, (mushed) mix well and leave it in overnight.
What worked for me was eating rice for lunch and dinner. My hair grew 5 inches in 2 months. Rice might be the trick because I had waistlength hair since I was about 6 years old to about 15 years old then i cut it and rice was always in my diet. I just decided to eat rice with lunch and dinner and grew it longer faster. It took about two weeks to grow it 2 inches. Rice was not in my lunch diet until trying this method I made up. Please make this a hair growth video.
After watching this video I bought the first 3 oils it comes tomorrow I'm so excited to see how well it works. Usually my diy oil is grape seed oil coconut oil olive oil and castor oil. My hair is thick and kinda long I would say it's a little below my shoulders. My hair lotion I make it with whip shea butter with the very same oils. My shampoo and conditioner and deep conditioner leave in conditioner all aussie moist products. And when I'm looking for a bit of a change I use Dominican magic deep conditioner . If I notice my hair is going through a rough patch because of the bleach at the ends of my hair I use bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar.
Yasss !! I am so over worry about my Hair p.s. I have very thick hair and I Definetly need the "best hair growth" Oil I get really worried when it cones to My hair care thank u for the great Advice :)
I wanna do a big chop but my mom says i probably will end up crying cuz my hair is everything to me😂so but I permed my hair so it’s really damaged and if I wet my hair I can see where my real hair is so I wanna cut the perm out and start over
I love castor oil for my hair line and I have dried neem leaves that I’ve been thinking about making an oil with. Brahmi is excellent also. Love the video 😊
Yolanda Shelton if you’re losing hair you need to go back to your doctor and ask for your thyroid levels to be checked again through blood work because any thyroid disorder will cause constant fluctuations causing new symptoms and it won’t be fixed by oils it’ll be fixed by upping or downing the meds you’re on
I made my oil too it’s a blender oil it contains tea tree oil carrots , black Jamaican castor oil, coconut oil oil , argon oil , almond oil , avocado oil , jojoba oil , olive oil and argon oil will I see growth in my beard and hair ?
I’m SO happy I’ve came across this video and this channel! I’ve been wondering what are some good hair growth oils that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg! Thanks so much for sharing this! Definitely going to subscribe for more vids! Also, could you mix all of the oils in one bottle? I know that’s probably a bit extreme but I’m thinking about purchasing all of them or at least 3 and alternate. 🤔
I first saw this vid about 2 months ago. I ordered all of the oils from Amazon. I have been using ever since with great results! The Neem oil smells horrible and my boyfriend hates it, but he's getting used to it now. Ha! It's definitely worth a try. 😊
Hi Charisse, I know that you've shared some of your diet with us before..but pls can you share a more daily in dept diet routine that you feel may have contributed towards your hair growth? As, I've been natural for almost 6 years now & hardly notice any progress & I'm wondering if my diet is the contributing factor! Thank you in advance x
I can definitely do that! but to just throw out a few tips right now: incorporate more nutrient dense superfoods (ex: kale), ensure you're getting enough complete protein everyday, drink LOTS of water and hydrating foods (ex: cucumber, watermelon), add dark leafy greens to majority of your meals for some iron, and more biotin rich foods (ex: sweet potato, mushrooms, eggs, almonds)! Hope that helps 👍🏽
Charisse Christine Thank you so much for your reply Charisse, I really do appreciate you taking the time to share these tips...I will definitely start to incorporate these foods into my diet! I look forward to seeing your in dept diet in the future, when you have the time to share! :) Thank you once again :) x
how many times do we do we put in these oils in our hair? like once every week? or every wash day? and is it okay if we mix the oils we have together and use them that way?
Great video! Can you also do a video on supplements you take, like multivitamins and anything else. Also more on what you eat to contribute to healthy hair and skin.
I just came across your channel I love it ! This may be a dumb question but how often do you put these oils in your hair and do you put them in your hair before bed and wash it out in the morning I’d like to use these on my self and my daughter who has a very curly Afro as I like to call it
