Thanks for the nice demo. I brought the wellspire electric cooker. But I have one question while making biriyani why dint you choose the Polau/ Biriyani button from preset menu button pannel. Can’t we use that?

what is the timing to cook normal basmati rice ? and do we need to remove the steam or it will go itself

Just add one cup rice is to one and half cup water and keep it in pressure cooker mode once it is done let the pressure release on its own and open rice will be ready to serve

But if we use steel spoon in stainless steel container I don't think scratches will form....
It is not coated with non stick layer and its not good to use non stick vessels
