I listened to this last night and while I didn't shift I felt all heavy and floaty at the same time. I imagined I was asleep in the back seat of the impala while we were driving and I could literally feel the movement of the car. That's one of the closest times I've been to shifting and it makes me so excited.
Dude I didn't think anything was happening until I got annoyed with the car hitting the bumps on the road and Dean talking to Sam 😳, I was so close to shifting! This sound was the ONLY one I could find that got me THAT close to shifting!!
I have sleep paralysis and bad night terrors so I've been searching for a while to find something to help that, and this does. It's like you're taken to an alternative universe(not knowing you're asleep) and you feel like you're there. I've never 100% shifted, I've always been aware that it wasn't real, but it comforted me and helped me sleep easy with less night terrors and not as much sleep paralysis ❤ long like my boys❤❤

We packed up our things, guns, knifes, holy oil and water, silver bullets, etc... I opened the bunker door and we both walked out, then i woke up. Needless to say the best dream ive ever had because i felt at peace and like i was home.
Is anyone changing the plot of Supernatural when they shift? There’s so much stuff that I don’t want to happen but it’s so hard to rewrite around it lol

I just think it's because usually when we r trying to shift , we kinda obsess over it a bit without even knowing it, which is why alot of people can't shift! So that's why most people who are trying to shift usually do it when they aren't really trying!

for me I like to try to shift only like 3 times a week bc if I do it a few days in a row I just get drained ! Maybe try taking a week break to see how you feel! Don't give up!!
My best advice is to not stress too much about how long it's been. The longer you try to shift the better you're going to get anyways, so as someone who's been trying to shift for a long time, it's really good to be grateful for the process because then the result will come quicker :)

@Dorothy Wardell, I haven’t shifted yet, but here are a few tips of my script. I narrowly avoid death. I can beat anyone in a fight. I can’t be manipulated. I am an amazing liar. I am incredibly strong and fit. My mind can’t be read by anyone. Chuck can not appear. Lucifer can not appear without permission. My room in the bunker is a safe haven, no one dangerous can get in or harm me while I am inside of it. I can only wake in my dr, in a safe location. Either a hospital, baby, my room in the bunker, the library of the bunker, Bobbys house etc. I am close friends with everyone I want in my reality, who I like. That’s all really.

Every time I try to shift and start to feel like I’m getting close, it feels like something grabs me and rips me back to my cr. Aside from that I feel like the spn reality might be the one I actually get to first. 111
I feel awful, I’m going to shift there but I need the storyline to be how it’s meant to be otherwise it could change most things and I feel terrible because I could fix everything, but I won’t :(
Scripting isn't necessary, it's optional. And what works for some ppl may not work for others. There's no manual, it's an individual journey. You are more than welcome to use this when you're awake, dozing off, or not at all!
A script is basically what you want your dr to be about so once you write it on a paper or google doc then you should be good! Every time you try to shift though I would recommend reading over it again!

So I tried listening with counting to 100 and I didn't feel anything except when I said one hundred in my mind, I felt like I couldn't really breathe? And everything was kinda tingly? But nothing related to spn Is that 'normal' are is it just not working for me?
That could possible be a symptom!! But remember that sometimes you don't feel signs but that doesn't mean that it isn't working! Many people have shifted without having any symptoms. It's all in your mindset. Stop focusing on the signs and rather focus on your end goal (shifting to spn).
I would still recommend scripting bc all this sub has is affirmations to help you shift! but if you feel that this sub is enough then you don't have to. I still do just because I have other information about my dr such as characters.
I mean you can if you want to, but the only problem is that the affirmations are geared towards supernatural. I can always post this same subliminal except with general shifting affirmations though!
1) My biggest tip would is to be patient. Many people give up when they aren’t shifting fast, but remember that sometimes it may take months for some people and other people it may take days. 2) find the method that works best for you. You can try a method for a few days and if it doesn’t work then you can switch it up. 3) remember to take breaks if you start feeling drained. It’s okay to take a few days off and it won’t hurt the progress of your shifting! 4) There are no rules when it comes to shifting. For instance if you want to change up a certain known method you can. you don’t have to follow directly what things say or people say, as long as you feel that it is working for you! 5) creating a script really helps. It is not necessary in order to shift but I do find that it makes things easier. If you download the app amino and join a shifting community, people give a lot of tips on there too so you can look there for more! Good luck!
Literally shifting your subconscious mind to a different reality. So like the TV show supernatural, there's a reality where dean and sam are actual people. And you can shift your subconscious mind into a different reality. So dean and sam are actual people when you shift, with actual feelings and emotion. Hope it helped

Scripting isn't necessary, it's optional. And what works for some ppl may not work for others. There's no manual, it's an individual journey. You are more than welcome to use this when you're awake, dozing off, or not at all!

A script is basically what you want your dr to be about so once you write it on a paper or google doc then you should be good! Every time you try to shift though I would recommend reading over it again!

That could possible be a symptom!! But remember that sometimes you don't feel signs but that doesn't mean that it isn't working! Many people have shifted without having any symptoms. It's all in your mindset. Stop focusing on the signs and rather focus on your end goal (shifting to spn).

1) My biggest tip would is to be patient. Many people give up when they aren’t shifting fast, but remember that sometimes it may take months for some people and other people it may take days.
2) find the method that works best for you. You can try a method for a few days and if it doesn’t work then you can switch it up.
3) remember to take breaks if you start feeling drained. It’s okay to take a few days off and it won’t hurt the progress of your shifting!
4) There are no rules when it comes to shifting. For instance if you want to change up a certain known method you can. you don’t have to follow directly what things say or people say, as long as you feel that it is working for you!
5) creating a script really helps. It is not necessary in order to shift but I do find that it makes things easier.
