Can you not get your account back via Google play games (there should be a transfer thing for that)? Well... I guess the best thing to do would be go for the deck you're most comfortable with and get the base of said deck with a box (eg if its photons go for photon of galaxy) If you have a lot of time (almost a day for example) you can quickly unlock every world and increase your stage level easily. Duelist pass can help to save time and it only costs 500 gems for 30 days and gives you either of the most recent packs. Hope this helps in some way. BTW if you get vrains the event with open up which can help with grinding levels. I've been using it to grind levels for Dennis and Varis. You could use character unlock tickets as well if you feel like you need to.
