I hope he develops his two-way game as many others have(vocal and firing himself up and his game). I think his offensive game can still climb. That would mean repeating and doing it better this season. Hawks haven't seen this since during the last Cup winner 🏆. Hope the Hawks go after another scorer as a FA in 25. That's surely a missing piece even going into this year.
I love the fact that players will have to prove and earn their spots on the team this and future years instead of throwing in less talented players just to fill up the roster. Like I’ve said going to be great watching the Hawks and Rockford for years to come! Maybe I’m in the minority but I’ve always loved Kurashev and feel a top spot is his to lose he’s earned that by playing everywhere the team put him and with whoever, I think his confidence is high coming off a good year and can put up a better year than that as cvs long as they don’t bury him on the bottom six. Let’s go Hawks!
Not sure what you mean about “what (else) can be done with that money”. My understanding is that these will be private funds. This is exactly the kind of investment we should be happy about. This is how economies are built.

On a contender, I can see Kurashev being a 2 way driver on the 3rd line like a Michael Folik/Kris Versteeg combo.
They need top 6 right shot forward.

I don't see him as a legit top 6 on a good team. When the time comes, put him in a trade package as a sweetener.
