@@tay14741 Yes and no, Super Sonic is not a character but Super Sonic in the Fleetway Comics is it own character with it's own personality. So you can say Super Sonic is your favorite character and be correct but only if you talk about Super Sonic from the Fleetway Comics. (Yeah so Archie Comics has it own Super Sonic similar to Fleetway's but no one cares for that one)

I always wondered if the 7 chaos emeralds was a reference as well or just sheer coincidence because there was originally only 6 emeralds until Sonic 2.

@@slasher0343 Super Sayian because the creator of the Super Sonic design based him off of Super Sayian’s first appearance in the manga. That’s why early sketch designs of Super Sonic looks identical to Super Sayian in the manga.

@@mattygee6852 Ashura is basically a texture glitch in Sonic 2 that causes Sonic to have a green and black appearance
And like all texture glitches in the Sonic franchise, Ashura was given it's own identity separate from Sonic
It's even acted as the inspiration for Surge the Tenrec from the IDW comics

Technically it's the Medieval Zone's equivalent of Super Sonic, so it's still count as Super Sonic.
