Ingredients (amounts based on serving size, mine fed 2 people)
Fish of your choice, I used cod
Onion, Thinly sliced
Bell peppers, Thinly sliced
Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Kalamata olives, sliced
Feta cheese crumbles
Greek seasoning blend, I bought a premade blend
Spray your baking dish with non stick spray
Lay down half your onions and peppers
La the fish on top and sprinkle with Greek seasoning
Top with remaining onions and peppers
Next top with your olives, tomatoes and Feta cheese
Airfry 350°F/177°C for 20 minutes
Enjoy!!

It`s been a while since I made a fish dinner. Out west here the fish I like to use is very expensive, but you just inspired me to bite the bullet and buy some. This dish you made is fantastic Annie. Your plating also is a winner, we eat with are eyes first. EXCELLENT my friend.

I do love a good fish recipe. I've not done too many, myself. I tend to be at a loss for what goes well with fish. I guess I should research it a little more. Burger series sounds interesting. I like a good burger recipe too. Let's face it, I just love food lol. Hey I did a PB&J burger a while back. I think I just did a short of mine. I can't remember now. Been a while since I did it. I love how fast the prep for this dish was. And pretty quick cook time. Yes. I would love to do the grilling method. Or over the campfire! We love to campfire cook on our camping channel. This might be a pretty good option for me. Except not sure what Jessie would eat. He doesn't like most veggies lol. Great recipe. Thanks for sharing it.
Thank you 😊 fish is actually quite versatile.. it takes on any flavors and elevates them 😋 I think Jesse would like this, Darrin is not a fan of veggies either but he will always eat onions and peppers as long as they aren't mushy and still have a little give to them, if that makes sense lol...I think this would be so good on a campfire..especially if you poke a few holes in the top of the foil pouch to get some of that delicious smokiness in 😀 I would love to have to join the collaboration 😀 😋 thank you so much dear friend for watching ☺️ 👀🤗 happy Sunday

@@anniessmokingpot Jessie won't eat onions or peppers no matter how they're cooked. He doesn't like tomatoes either. If a sauce isn't smooth, he doesn't care for it (unless it's got meat in it). I have a very picky eater on my hands and either adjust full recipes to suit or, when possible, I will make his picky style and then mine non picky style lol. I've told people I should have named my channel Happy Picky Cooking lol
