  • Hi! Thanks for visiting my channel. Happy you are here!
In this week's video lesson, I take you behind the scenes and give you a step-by-step demo of how I warm-up my singing voice AND I do it in a way so you can join me :)
So push play and warm-up with me!
I add little suggestions here and there as a way to give you an idea of the questions I ask myself, the sensations I am feeling, and the mindset I bring to this treasured time of connecting with my voice.
This video will be SUPER BORING if you don't do it with me... so let's make some sound together.
In making this video, I had two intentions. First, warm-up exactly how I would when I'm alone. Second, have the entire warm-up last 25-minutes. Well, I met the first intention and because of that, I did not meet the second, sooooo Part 2 of this video will be next week :)
I hope this supports you in carving out your own special warm-up time.
Until next week... rejoice in your voice!

Thank you! I love this warm up. My voice feels great -- and my whole body feels energized. I love your focus on feeling into the body and allowing the body to guide the warm up. I have not encountered this body focused approach from other singing teachers but it makes all the difference in the world to vocalize and sing with the whole body.
