Amazing catches! It must be great being a railfan in the Chicago area! I've only seen 2 (Virginian and CofG) the latter was a mid train DPU! NS Dayton district
I live in the southern part of Illinois about 25 minutes from St. Louis, but I am walking distance for the NS Main that goes from Princeton, IN to St. Louis, MO. Chicago is five hours to the north of me.

ah yes. finally yesterday i caught my first heritage unit on vid and put it here on yt. but ofc the other heritage units that's i've seen aren't on camera lol

The Norfolk Southern "Central of Georgia 8101 CoG" had an amazing horn to me in my opinion 0:49 to 0:56

Well NS 1030 used to be a unit. It was a Anniversary unit but now it's a regular Ace and it's stored
