How to Clean Chicken (Caribbean Style)

My roommate took her chicken out of its plastic casket and started seasoning it. I yelled "what are you doing!" Blondie said "the high temperature kills the germs" 😐. Girl NO!!! Nasty! As a Bahamian, I was disgusted! I watched this video with her. This why I don't eat at just anyone's house.

This is a great vid thanks for sharing! I'm thinking about some ways to reduce the waste maybe that sponge you show is bio degradable? Think I'd just put the chicken waste directly in trash to avoid the plastic bag. Just some thoughts really like the overall system and great video format nice job :)
