I got sucked into the new age atheist religion. The fact that I couldn’t prove God empirically, stumped me as a kid and made Islam seem like a blind faith religion to my young and impressionable mind. They told me that religion was a tool of mass control and indoctrination with no evidence. I blindly followed their religion of naturalism over our religion of truth. However, when I dared to actually picked up the Quran, that we can prove has never been changed. I saw all the proof that a logical and rational mind needed to accept the truth. May Allah shower you all with his mercy, knowledge, and guidance. If I can’t meet you all in this life, then inshAllah we’ll continue this discussion in the afterlife. Please keep my family and I in your Dua and ask Allah to bring us closer to him.
When we are born Muslim, we are not taught explanations why we pray or do certain things therefore don’t take it seriously. Hamdillah I renewed my faith. The best thing ever happened in my life.

I used to watch his channel back in 2016ish when he made VR videos (I was a teenager at the time, I’m now an adult). I was an atheist, never grew up religious. I stopped watching him after a couple years and then I went through my ‘spiritual’ phase - I’d get his channel pop up on my recommendations since I’ve always been subscribed to him and I noticed he too was also going through a similar spiritual phase. My spiritual phase then led to an immense fear of death and I became very nihilistic. Soon after I met a Muslim who taught me so much about islam. As I was learning about islam I then got Lucids ‘I reverted to Islam’ video pop up, lol. It’s like I’ve been on a similar journey to his on the same timeline. I’ve now reverted (after learning about Islam for a year) and took my shahada at the start of this year (Alhamdulillah♥️) . It’s really cool to see someone I grew up watching also become a Muslim. My religious teacher was obsessed with that question too as well as asking us why God allows suffering, and would look at the muslims and say ‘free will’ and ‘life is a test’ doesn’t count. Very odd
Kind of like an indirect way of brainwashing the kids, perhaps? The kind of brainwashing that forces the kids to question right from the start of their childhood that God isn't real. So they would grow up with doubts in their minds and not follow the teachings of religion. Another amazing story, mashallah. I hope it inspires others like it did to me! Many subscribers are needed to spread the word. It is an easier way to share such good deeds with this team
Man these confusing mind boggling questions growing up really hit hard, used to do the same when i was younger. The believe in Allah and his revelation really lifts that burden from our shoulders. والحمد لله على كل حال. These excessive questions in the mind can really destroy a person.
when the first he said after gaining consciousness was shahadah, it makes me cried instantly. reminds me of how we're originally born with iman in our hearts. MasyaAllah 🤍
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “No man purifies himself, and does it thoroughly, then goes to the masjid, except that Allah records a good deed for him for every step he takes, raises him a degree for it, and wipes away a sin from him for it” (Muslim).
This is coming from a born Muslim. Islam, or religion, in particular, is never something that can be forced upon anyone, and shouldn’t be. There are some born Muslim families who actually are very strict with religious stuff, but Iman is not something that can be imposed with force upon someone. It has to come from with in ones heart, and that is a fundamental aspect of Iman. Without believing it from the bottom of one's heart, they cannot be a true Muslim. Families should explain from the start the concept and true meaning of Islam instead of just imposing it on the next generation.
Parents do love their kids. They plant the seeds and nurtured them. What becomes of those seeds growing into something else, is not within their knowledge. The knowledge is with Allah.
It is so comforting. All reverts have the same stories. Anyone who has brains will find Islam once they look for it and may Allah guide them. I am a revert too. I looked for answers and I found Islam and it has been my true guiding light ever since. Since I reverted my challenges have been harder and my calmness throughout the storm, was unbelievable. If it was me back then, I would have fallen into a major depression. But Islam, the belief that there is an All Knowing, All Powerful God, Allah, who sees my pain, my suffering has kept me courageous and hopeful, knowing that there is a reward waiting for me. My sins forgiven, Insha Allah. this world is not our place to stay and that a world beyond what we could imagine is waiting for us. Free of all the miseries. This world is our ground to test our faith and keeping our faith in Allah as we experience turmoils is our ticket to His mercy. I agree Islam keeps you out of trouble literally. It keeps you well oriented. Pure. It is not easy as we’re all humans but there is peace knowing that pleasing Allah is the way to go. That all this hardship we go through means something and it will not go unrewarded. There is only one God and Prophet Muhammad is His last Prophet. May you all find peace in remembrance of Allah.
I am going to share this with my kids on our family page, they are 8 hours out of 24 on TH-cam, thank you beautiful brother because what you had gone through in your life before you read the book of Quran is exactly what is happening to our kids nowadays, and even i grow up like that, but I found myself searching ahead and still reading more to educate myself, I pray that Allah swt give us all the ability to find out more about his beautiful religion and repent before it’s too late🤲🏻
SubhabAllah brother, your way of explaining things is so beautiful MaShaAllah especially how you've talked about Islam here. May Allah swt reward you lots for the decisions you're taking in becoming closer to Allah. May Allah swt forgive all of us also ameen y raab.
I can relate a bit to him, i went to weekend islamic lessons and i HATED the teachers and it made me NOT want to be a muslim. Hamdoulillah now its the opposite i pray, i wear hijab, i want to do a lot of good things for Allah!
I truly agree with the term of social Muslims. Follow blindly without even knowing why am I doing it. It is a MUST fr all living souls to find and understand Allah swt. Subhanallah.

The one who are born muslim is blessed to have Islam and live his/her life in Its nature
But the revert one finds Islam and knows Its value❤
And whether ye hide your word or publish it, He certainly has (full) knowledge, of the secrets of (all) hearts.
Yeah!!😇❤
SubhanAllah, thank you so much for this amazing video ❤
MashAllah
Man these confusing mind boggling questions growing up really hit hard, used to do the same when i was younger. The believe in Allah and his revelation really lifts that burden from our shoulders. والحمد لله على كل حال.
These excessive questions in the mind can really destroy a person.

(93:7) ‘And He found you lost and guided [you]’
when the first he said after gaining consciousness was shahadah, it makes me cried instantly. reminds me of how we're originally born with iman in our hearts. MasyaAllah 🤍
Only Allah swt knows how curiously I wait for these videos. They just boost up my Imaan. May Allah swt keep our revert brothers and sisters safe ❤❤

U can tell he is a smart person , and i smiled when he said he is leading the prayer in his house and helpingin a mosque alhamdoulillah
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “No man purifies himself, and does it thoroughly, then goes to the masjid, except that Allah records a good deed for him for every step he takes, raises him a degree for it, and wipes away a sin from him for it” (Muslim).
MashaAllah ❤
Allahumma Barik , may Allah increase your Iman and Knowledge my Brother
Alhamdulillah.
Lucid is such an inspiration, mashallah I’ve been a fan of him for a while
What a wonderful and satisfying talk
I am going to share this with my kids on our family page, they are 8 hours out of 24 on TH-cam, thank you beautiful brother because what you had gone through in your life before you read the book of Quran is exactly what is happening to our kids nowadays, and even i grow up like that, but I found myself searching ahead and still reading more to educate myself, I pray that Allah swt give us all the ability to find out more about his beautiful religion and repent before it’s too late🤲🏻
