Shoulder injury prevention exercises

  • Wheelchair users often damage their shoulders because of the extra stress that the upper body is placed under. These exercises will help prevent injury.
    I did make a few little mistakes through this video which I just want to clarify.
    Firstly, when bringing your shoulders back to strengthen the pecs, it should be strengthening your traps and and rhomboids instead.
    The fourth Theraband exercise works more triceps, rhomboids and the muscles on the back of your shoulders rather than your pecs.
