Very interesting. Thanks for sharing. I was under the impression though, that we evolved with fasting. As hunter gatherers, I thought we wouldn't always have had a steady supply of food. We quite often would have had empty stomachs. It wasn't until agriculture came along, around 12,000 years ago, which is very recent by evolution standards, that humans had the opportunity to not fast. Now that I'm writing this down, I'm not super positive. I'm not an evolutionary biologist. I think I'm going to ask Forest Valkai. He is an evolutionary biologist who is also an educator and has a couple different call in shows. I'll let you know what happens. Thanks for posting, Calvin.

I believe failing is the best way to learn how to succeed, and is an important thing to share 👍
I eat right before bed, and at first the aced was an issue, my body seemed to adjust though. (I think some individual digestive systems will be different)
I'm very busy right now with the holiday season, so I don't have much time to watch videos so I'll check back in with you when I can, friend.
Good job with everything, and Merry Christmas, or happy holidays depending on your selabration this season 🎄👊
