Contentment, such a power benchmark
I have learned so far in life that what Andy is talking about in this message really is a key to happiness. Comparing yourself to others is like chasing the wind. Be content with what you have and be happy for others and you will be content. I have wasted much time in my life on the sin of comparing myself to others. Please forgive me .Thanks Andy for this challenging message.

Such a beautiful message with so much truth. Quitting social media and being grateful had truly helped me find contentment in my life. It’s been truly peaceful not knowing everyone else’s life and comparing my life to theirs.

This is the most powerful video I have ever watched, ever, on any platform. I have no rewatched it three times and will continue to watch it until I can recite it verbatim. It came to me during a period of serious depression caused by chronic discontentment, and it was exactly what I needed to snap back to a path of happiness. It was all very important stuff but yes the one thing that really stood out was the Realization that’s someone somewhere in the world would look at my life and think that I have an amazing life. Which is in fact true. But we tend to not validate that as possible. I liked the idea of not chasing the wind, but not laying down either. I see this so many times in so many ways with both myself and others. Kind of an all or nothing approach that leaves us empty on both side of that coin.
I intend to listen to it again because I think that it was such a power message since we are all smooth out of control chasing the wind. My motto that came to me a few weeks ago is. HERE and Now. I think this motto allows me to put what you said to work in real time. Not I will get to it because I’m everywhere else in my mind but here and now.

I'm 75 y.o. and found that NOT living your life to make someone else happy makes me content.
The secret to contentment is emptiness, if you are not full of presupposed notions and exist only with the contents of your individual reality, then you can meditate on the things you hold and find understanding.
