The 'sixth' element you (Simon) mentioned in the webinar in May was about ethics as an umbrella over the other five, which says something about the responsibility of a coach. Interesting enough to mention also.
Hi Martijn, yes you are totally correct. Ethics are the 6th element. I have deliberately missed them here even though we cover them in the classes and the cohort program, because I am working on a new way to integrate ethics into day to day life and am treating them as a whole topic on their own. Well spotted!
