The song feels rapid, upbeat yet at the same time it feels energetic, it kinda fits with the video going through the fight scenes and fast movement in the animation
I absolutely adore this video. This is literally one of my favorite (if not current favorite) RWBY videos. The team JNPR dance at the end was a great touch. Personally I intend to use this video as motivation as I continue to depict my own ongoing series. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing more of your work in the near future.
The main thing I'd say you need to work on is timing. Some of the well timed parts include 1:29, when Nora getting boosted up is perfectly in time with the music, along with the really fast portions where you flip between multiple scenes at 2:07 and 3:04. You also need to work on making the scenes more appropriate to the lyrics. One good example of this is the girl-ish giggle in the background before "But you don't even know" when you show Weiss demonically giggling.

I came back to this and there are a few more things I wanted to highlight that I really liked: - 0:06: The wink is timed with "up" and sounds really good - 0:13: The run-up thing really helps because it's placed around the same time where the song is about to start, so it creates suspense and tension; however, I'd recommend putting it a bit before this and not showing the actual fight so that when the lyrics start, the scene switches. - 0:31: The montage of Blake's scene were really well-done here; Roman's were okay but weren't timed as well and also didn't work well because they were slow/slow-mo scenes; Ruby's was done well; Cinder's was okay, but again, the scenes were slow so it was alarming when they switched so quickly - 1:29, as I said in my original comment, is timed really well (although personally I might have altered the scene so that the same one didn't go on that long when the rest of it wasn't in time) - 1:39: This scene was also well-implemented but I'd recommend starting it from a later point so that when the beat drops, Pyrrha hits Penny in time with the music - 1:58: The giggle is timed well with this scene, good choice - 2:07: The montage of scenes is good, but it's much better when the scenes don't change camera perspective mid-flip; for example, in the scene with Scarlet and Nebula, the perspective changes from showing them from somewhat far away to suddenly going up close. If it was in time with the music, it would work better, but it isn't, so I'd either change it to a different Scarlet/Nebula scene where the perspective doesn't change in the middle of the montage, or change the montage so it's in time with the music. - 2:22 This bit is GREAT because it's perfectly timed - 2:54: The Weiss Burn-Dust Block was perfectly timed - 2:59 This entire scene was perfectly timed AND worked because, despite being a long scene, it changed perspective in time with the music - 3:04 This montage worked a lot better than the one at 2:07 because it was a lot faster, and the scene with Amber getting shot was especially great because of how it was timed

Don't thank rooster teeth. Monty had up to season 7 planned. They went with their own new idea rather than fellow what was already their. Like when Ruby saw Pyrrha "die". It was meant to be jaune cause and see Pyrrha's death.
I always get the number of claps wrong. Other than that, I cannot find a single problem with this video. It is yet another in my long list of favorites.
In my opinion this amv is perfect, the song is great, and the editing was awesome I love whenever you would cue the song with the amv and you showed a nice balance of action scenes and non-action and also the moment when you designed the switched the scene ever 2 seconds that was really done because even though you were switching scenes quickly it didn't feel jarring, my only gripe is I'd love to show this to a friend who hadn't seen rwby but it is pretty spoilery
