28 Dec 2011 na offload ako sa NAIA going to UK as first time immigrant. All luggages were already checked in. I’ve been held and offloaded coz wala naginform saakin na 1 of the requirements pla eh to attend a seminar para sa mga asawa ng foreigner. It was pain in the butt, first we travelled all the way from the province nagpahatid lang to get to the airport, tapos holiday Nun December wala ng open offices. Just lucky Dec 29 umattend ako ng seminar and paid i think P150 o P300 in exchange of expenses sa hotel at flight rebooking,just for that CFO Guidelines and Counseling certificate. Wondering why I need to get it that time been married for 10 yrs. we had to arrange and paid for rebooking of flights at syempre nag stay pa sa hotel while waiting foe the next flight. Painful experience
Just want to share my experience with the Philippine Immigration. :)
Nagtravel ako papunta Hongkong with my 2 y/o son. Tour kami for 4 days 3 nights. Everything went smooth. Pumila kami sa immigration, hiningi passport namin ng anak ko. Tinanong kung sino yung pupuntahan namin sa HK and then I said wala. Tour lang po kami dun. Pinakarga sakin anak ko siguro just to make sure na kung anak ko ba talaga or sya ba talaga yung nasa passport. And boom! Wala ng kahit anong tanong, tinatakan na yung passport namin and ayun na, nagaantay na lang kami ng departure.
Siguro malaking advantage yung may dala kang bata kasi ano naman nga ang gagawin mo sa ibang bansa ng may dala kang bata diba? Lagi kami priority even in HK kasi nga may kasama akong anak. And nung papauwi na kami, nagover baggage pa kami ng anak ko and it was for free! :) May bata naman daw kasama kaya ok lang. (Sabi sa HK) This December 2015 we're planning to go back in HK with my husband and we'll stay there for a week or two. Hopefully maging okay lahat. (1st time traveller kasi husband ko) Magtour uli kami in HK and Shenzhen China.

Hello Junie! I just want to ask since I will be traveling to Dubai on Feb 11-15, 2016 via CebuPac. My friend who is working there right now will sponsor the 15days visit visa. I'm a frequent traveler. 2009 was my first travel abroad destinations are Hong Kong & Macau, 2010 Singapore & Malaysia, 2011 Thailand, 2012 South Korea, 2013 Indonesia & 2015 Cambodia. I have heard about this offloading issue for Dubai. I always bring my old passport w/me & my 2 credit cards HSBC & Citibank for emergency purposes. I'm currently employed as a teacher. Is there a chance I will experience offloading since for the first time I'll be traveling alone not as a group? Please reply thank you!

Mahigpit talaga ang NAIA Immigration papuntang UAE. Marami na kaseng nag-tourist visa, naghanap ng work sa Dubai, hanggang na-stranded na sila sa Kish Island. Kumag din kase ibang companies sa UAE. Paaasahin ka sa employment visa tapos hahayaan ka lang pala mabulok sa pag exitan mo. Napakaswerte mo na kung reliable yung company mo

Hi po ex ofw for 3 years from bahrain. But first time ko mgttour sa thailand at malaysia with my foreigner boyfriend for 5 years. May round trip ticket na kami, hotel accomodation. May show money rin ako in case. May business ako dito sa pinas pero nkpngalan sa nanay ko. In case hingan ako business permit paano kaya yun? Question ko lang din po, dun na kasi kami kkuha ng package deal sa malaysia at thailand, if bf ko naman mgshoulder sa lahat. May possibility ba na maoff load pa rin ako? Please advised me naman po. Very useful information bro. This is something really. You may not be that handsome but you have the "charm" haahaha... And oh yeah! Philippine Immigration should not be asking too much questions to tourist even if tourists are Filipino. Miriam have some decency. Don't judge people with their physical look. Lahat ng tao may kapintasan. I'm sure hindi ka rin maganda. And just so you know, Immigration can ask anything. If you don't know that, do some research so you wouldn't sound ignorant.
I remember the last time i went out of the country... muntik na ako ma-offload. actually may at least... AT LEAST... 6 na ang na-offload sa mga nakasabay ko. so when it came my turn, nerbyos na ako. So I was held up by immigration for close to an hour already. PAALIS NA ANG EROPLANO!!! umiiyak na ako, pinagtitinginan na ako dun. ang dami nila hinihingi, pero eventually pinalipad din ako. The plane waited for me. So nadelay yung flight ng 10mins.
Habang pinapakinggan ko ito, eh natatawa na lang ako sa experience ko, kahit nga mga kaibigan ko eh, everytime i tell them my story natatawa sila. But anyway, eto mga hinala ko kung bakit ako muntik na ma-offload:
1. Nakapambahay lang ako... shorts, nakafitflop ako (uy mahal din yun), shirt, at yung mahaba kong buhok nakapusod na parang labandera, at wala akong suot na kahit anong alahas kahit relo. iniisip ko kasi baka malaglag sa byahe or abala pa
sa metal detector or something.
2. Unemployed ako... kaka-resign ko lang sa work and i wanted to travel, so ayun questionable.
3. I was traveling alone.
4. I was a girl plus ... see no. 3.
5. Naka-promo ang aking ticket... superbaba ng binayaran ko.
6. 1 month ang stay ko dun sa bansang pupuntahan ko.
So yun, kahit naman siguro ako yung officer eh magtataka din naman ako eh, hahaha... but anyway, ignorante ako sa mga nao-offload. seriously. Prior nyan at least 4 times na ako nagtravel abroad, at di nila ako hinanapan ng kung anu-ano. Lagpasan lang ako sa immigration, until first time ko magtravel na unemployed. Engineer ako so tingin nila maghahanap ako ng trabaho. Eh hello naman, papunta ako ng thailand, di naman siya mecca ng engineers. More than enough din cash ko,
dollars and peso, so hindi question ang finances. Actually siguro nagtataka sila bakit etong labanderang ito may cash na ganito... lols! so ayun, pinalagpas din ako. sa tingin ko na-check nila flight history ko, nakita siguro nila na nakalabas at nakabalik na ako before. hahaha sorry sir ininvade ko na channel mo, pero gusto ko lang magkwento.

Never pa akong nakapagtravel abroad at wala din akong work history kasi wala sa plano kong magtravel dahil nag aalaga akong mga anak ko, until one day naghiwalay kami ni mister at nagkaroon ako ng australian bf for 3 yrs, labas pasok na lang sya sa pinas until one day, we both decided to meet in Thailand, I already have my passport, show money kuno, hotel booking, back and forth plane tickets and some ofour pictures na magkakasama kami at pati na mga conversations namin sa viber messenger ko, at nandoon ang name ng guy sa hotel booking ko sa thailand pero during the interview with this immigration officers ay tinanong nila ako nasagot ko naman lahat at napakita ko nga lahat ng suporting documents ko pero BAKIT NA OFFLOAD PA RIN AKO???? pls help me this...thank you ..kc di na ko naka alis after non...

What about online booked flights. You just get one ticket for the flight - and you have the flight reservation that is confirmed..is this sufficent or will that be a problem?
Because during checking you just get the ticket for the way to - the one to fly back is not issued.
flight ko nung july 25, 2015 pero naofload ako kasi nakapila palang aq para interviewhin ng i.o ... saktong na allowed na ako ay nakaalis na yung plane. siguro kung maaga lang ako nag check in nakahabol pa ako. pero ngayun andito na ako sa dubai dahil pinarebook ko yung ticket ko. payo nalang sa mga magtotour na agahan nila para if magkaproblema hindi maiwanan ng plane.

Kuya what if po foreigner ang bf ko then sya bumili ng ticket at nagbayad ng hotel bookings namin sa Indonesia po kami pupunta this coming dec 28 to jan 2. Ano po yung mga possible na hihingiin at questions? First time traveler po ako tapos alone ako pupunta bale don na kami magkikita pero di po sya taga doon mag sspend lang talaga ng new year. Hello sir Junie, i've travelled 2 countries already but sad to say, my last travel going to Indonesia is nawala po ung passport ko. I've spent more than 1 month para makakuha ng new passport. I travelled back here in Phippines with travel documents. Now that I already have my new passport, i will visit Malaysia by my self this april 4 as my birthday present for my self since I will be celebrating my birthday on April 24, my question kuya is..
Will the immigration will see all my outbound and inbound travel in my lost passport?

Hi Sir Junie, thank you for a very informative video. I have a trip to Korea this April and it is my first time. Usually daw po andaming alanganin pag first time. May kasama nmn po ako, the thing is they will be coming from cebu mga highschool bffs ko po sila at ako will be flying from naia. Complete nmn po ako ng basic docs ko like COE, two way tix and visa. Ung hotel booking po namin nka pangalan sa isa kong kasama from cebu. Any advice po on this para smooth lang ung screening ko sa immigration. Thank you po in advance.

Hello Sir Junie :) Ask ko lang halimbawa completo na papers ko going Sweden i have passport,visa, travel insurance sponsor imformation etc.. Then may letter of invitation ako from my sponsor to travel for 1 month with a round trip ticket.Then i have proof po na nagmeet na kami ng sponsor ko.Papayagan ba ako ng immigration makaalis or ano pa ibang requirements ? Iwas off load lang :) thanks
How to avoid being offloaded? Well, be honest! If your intention is really as a tourist, there is no point immigration will deny your boarding. Do some research and bring the necessary documents to justify you are really traveling as a tourist. Immigration can ask anything. So it Is important to respond politely and be logical.

Meron akong TOURIST VISA (3 months), Affidavit of Support, Airplane tickets (w/ return), Birth Certificate, PRC ID, 2016 ITR and kasama ko yung kuya ko na dun nagwowork at nag-invite sakin sa Dubai.
Nagresign ako sa work nito lang January, gusto ko lang sanang mag unwind bago ulit mag-apply ng work next year sa Pilipinas din,

Hi sr Franco! we have plan po kasi to go to dubai as a tourist by january 2016,..then we will get married before we go there mataas po ba yung possibility na di kami ma-offload kasi yung ticket and visa treat ng ate ni husband ko as a wedding gift...ano po yung mga possible documents na hahanapin samin? we both have job here in the phil.

I want to have my tourist vacation in Thailand after my working contract ends here in saudi Arabia. I am travelling alone though which is not advisable right? with regards to financial capability to finance my dream vacation. Since then I started to save . My concerns are how can I provide a company I'd or certificate of employment where in fact I would be jobless when I get back to Philippines.. Is an ex OFW are still entitled for the travel tax exemption and airport miscellaneous? What if the immigration officer would think that I am going to work in Thailand?since I would be jobless and they will find out that I just had a finished contract from saudi Arabia. How can I provide a documents that I will be back in Philippines after vacation then?Is it a good idea if I would just reason out that after the Thailand vacation I will be looking or applying for jobs again somewhere in Dubai,Qatar or Kuwait?.. And do I have to secure a 10 days hotel booking receipt? or can I just have a 2 days hotel booking?and then I'll find another hotel or accomodation that is more budget friendly for my length of stay for the remaining 8 days...I would be glad to hear any suggestion and feedbacks regarding with this. mag iingat kayo lalo na sa Terminal 3 sa CEBU PACIFIC,mga lokoloko ung mga Immigration officer doon,papunta dapat ako ng singapore kumpleto papers ko,ginawaan lang ako ng sabit ng officer doon, hinanapan ba naman ako ng business permit at titulo ng bahay at lupa,ano un?pag mahirap ka hindi pwedeng magtravel.pag mayaman ka kahit kriminal ka pa, pwede ka makaalis ng bansa. kinda discrimination to me..... kinausap nalang ako ng kinausap nung officer hanggang maubos ung oras at makaalis ung eroplanong dapat sasakyan ko. itinawag ko kinabukasan sa BINOC (Bureau of Immigration National Operations Center) about sa pangyayari, sabi nila okay naman ung papers ko,dapat daw kinuha ko ung names nung mga officer na hindi nagpaalis sa akin,then tinawagan ko ang CEBU PACIFIC para i-refund ang ticket sumagot sila immediately na walang refund ang mga naOff-Load. Parang Modus na ng CEBU PACIFIC, pag maraming pasahero at cargo susubukan nila na mag offload ng mga pasahero ,gagawaan ka nila ng sabit, mahigit sampu kaming hindi magkakakilalang tao ang hindi nakasakay, napaka mura nga ng ticket di ka naman makakasakay, kung aalis kayo i-avoid ninyo ang CEBU PACIFIC, dun na kayo sa mahal na pamasahe pero sigurado, nang galing na din ako jan sa UAE sa Dubai Al riqqa , sa sharjah al nada at sa Hamdan Abu dhabi sa TERMINAL 1 din ako dumaan, very informative na video itong ginawa mo sir
Some journalist should be aware of your plight. It is so stupid that filipino authorities checked you instead of the Singapore authorities. That is not how it works. To think the place you are going to is not at war. What kind of system is that. I will actually sue them. I can not find words with the outrage I felt when I read your post.

...basta kelangan mong e prove na babalik ka ng Pinas like u hava a stable work, bank account etc...karamihan kasi sa Pinoy kunwari to tour pero hahanap ng work at ttnt kaya hihigpit sila. . .worst s madaming nakalusot sa NAIA pero sa CHANGI AIRPORT, SINGAPORE or other airports eh d pinapapasok so balik ng Pinas...nahihiya lng sila kaya d pinupublic but i know some...so better have back up documents incase...

Why will the Philippine immigeation ask questions about the purpose of your trip? Fact is it's none of their damn business where you go.
hi.. i'm planning to visit Dubai a couple of weeks from now for our late honeymoon.. sponsor ko po husband ko.. visa, ticket and all supporting documents has been process sa Dubai.. settled na lahat.. even affidavit and letter of support.. kinasal kc kame 03-06-15 then umalis sya 3days after.. so wala kame enough time to celeb our honeymoon. that's actually the reason why i'm visiting Dubai.. i'm currently employed. and just to be on the safe side.. i printed out copy of my payslips, company id,COE and contract incase magtanong sila.. magkakaparob pa pu ba ako?
Ask ko lang po kung ano possible question pag 1st time traveler ka sa dubai may sponsor po ako saka kumpleto po yung documents ko

hi sir junie id like to share my experience when i came here in UAE.. like u mentioned po yes po when i came here im travelling alone as a tourist visa sponsor po ng sister ko so that time im not prepared to go in dubai and work here pero nun time na interview aq sa immig sa pinas maraming tanong sakin.. na sinu ang pu2ntahan sa dubai magkanu salary nia gaano na xa katagal nagwowork sa dubai.. then ang pinaka tumatak po sakin at di ko makakalimutan na tinanong sakin nun officer kailan huling umuwi ang sister mo.!! then ang sinagot ko po sa immigration officer is last year lng po which is november 2014.. dumating po kc aq ng dubai june 15 2015, tapos po nag check xa kung tlgang umuwi ate ko nun november 2014 then sabi sakin wala naman record ang sister mo na umuwi xa nun nov 2014, then ininsist ko po tlga sakania na thats imposible po kasi nag celebrate po kami ng bday ng anak nia.. then after nun the conversation tsinek na nia lahat ng docs ko then sabi nia balik ka ng july 15 2015 which is yun po ang return ticket ko.. then after ko makalusot sa immigs interview tumwag sister if what happen sabi ko nakalusot ako ate.. dun ko lng napagtanto na umuwi pala sister ko 2013 pa.. so it means po nun na swerte ako kaloob tlga ni god sakin na makapag work aq sa dubai..!!! to god be the glory.!!!

Hi Sir! Ask ko lang po first time ko po kase.. im a freelance po kase.. i dont have a Company id, ITR and wala din po akong debit nd credit. Ipon lng po talaga na cash meron ako panh trvel.. any tips po. Going to SG nd exit po kami ng Malaysia. Thank you.
ask ko lang po first time ko po magtatravel papuntang singapore with my son ang husband for vacation. wala ho akong trabaho pero yong asawa ko meron, wala din po kaming hotel reservation kasi magstay kami sa house ng ate ng asawa ko. iniisip ko po kasi since wala ako trabaho eh baka ma offload ako sa airport

Hello. Allowed po kayo to travel in Dubai as a tourist and may visa kayo as long as hindi expired ang working visa mo in Kuwait and of course you have to show your hotel accommodation and a back and forth ticket.

basta po kumpleto at legit documents mo ala ka dapat kabahan, obviously hndi ka paghihinalaan yan lang po advice ko, easy ala ng kung anu2 iisipin and correction oec po para sa magbalikbayan lang yung mga may work sa ibang bansa,
