By seeing your video i ordered I have a dout handles will get rusted after a month is it true..?

Both are equally good no quality issue so far, buy the one with which you are getting better deal. FYI With rubex i am able to use it as pushup stand but not with hrx because it doesn't have sharp corners and not stable on the ground. But hrx rubber coating is slightly better.
Will you please let me know which one is better after using.

There is no issue with both. I just like the rubex because of its sharp corner and no rubber smell. I use the rubx as pushup stand.
