nice, but one comment. I wouldn't use brake cleaner on plastic and in a culinary system. I think brake cleaner would start to eat at the plastic in that filter even though it cleans the metal pretty good. Best to maybe use a bristle brush and some of that vinegar.

What's the pvc line to the left of the hot water line? I noticed on the side of my property, there's a fair amount of water that drains from there.

Please don’t use brake cleaner in your potable water supply. It’s poisonous. Use spray water instead.
What size of water did you use? 1/2 or 3/4 horse power?
