Great channel. The best on the subject. Congratulations. Perhaps you could dedicate a cast to the wines of Sicily. And another idea: how about a cast on Mexican wines.
I've had Riesling made with a roughly 12 hr. skin soak after crushing. It has very light tannins and typical/full fruit flavor, but was slightly rougher than conventionally made Riesling. It came from McGregor Vineyards on Keuka Lake.
Thank you! I'd love to do one on Tannat and that might be the best way to cover the Uruguayan industry as it's somewhat modest in scale; so, thanks for the suggestion and look for it sometime (relatively) soon. Thanks again!
Without a doubt the best wine knowledge channel out there. Do you happen to have podcast I can listen to it on Spotify? I drive a lot and I would love to listen to your channel more often but I don't like to keep you tube playing while I am driving. Either way, keep doing what you do but always enjoy what you do responsibly!

Hands down my favorite wine channel! Could you do a video on the Tannat grape or wine production in Uruguay?

As I mentioned in the last cast, great video as usual.
Many thanks! Continuing to enjoy yours.
Studying for WSET 3, and grateful for your videos.
Thank you! I'm glad they're helpful.
I was hoping to hear about "montrachet" style and "solera" style. Are they synonymous or do they mean different things?
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Always great!
