Well, since the young Cal actor isn't coming back for season 4 and the older Cal actor seems to be taking his place, I'm thinking older Cal isn't a hallucination.

Cal literally sat on the plane cryin saying that it had to be this way, he knew wut would happen.

Yep my Theorie there is eighter he Sees Angelina Killing her and knows it has to be this way because maybe Angelina is not that bad person we all think she is, He knows that and knows she has to do it...or He killed her himself because the calling is saying so... Now that i saw the Video with her also wearing a safire necless all the time, maybe some crazy shit she wished would happen...she wanted her son to live ...she knew it would not have been possible back than but this 5 1/2 years safed Cals life. She maybe kinda made a deal with the devil that she would die for his son to live and grow old and get ride of the cancer...so she now hast to pay her Tribut for Cal to live ?!?
@@nadines.3453 I think you're stretching so much. Angelina is not evil? She literally killed a mother to steal her child. I think it's much simpler, either:
a) Cal had a calling where his mom died, and something happens later that either he's not fully aware of what it is or he's not sharing with anyone yet, so he understands that if the calling showed his mom dying it has to be like that, because y'know, they have to follow and respect the callings and etc.;
b) Cal had a calling where he somehow feels that his mother will be back if they can do everything correctly by the end of the 5 and a half years and part of it is Angelina killing his mom.
See, Jace and his crew weren't 828's but they came back anyway and had a real chance of redemption before dying again. Why couldn't she? Also, the sapphire necklace she used has to mean something, and she is the only mother of a 828 child as well. I strongly believe she is coming back and Cal somehow knows it but can't tell people or it won't happen.
Unpopular opinion but I’m team mick and Jared. Nothing against Zeke but their whole relationship was formed on a trauma bond and always felt like a forced plot point to me
I can never be for this ship due to how it started in the first season. Jared literally cheated on his wife. I’ve always loved Zeke and their chemistry
YES, THIS! Thank you! I'm watching the show with my wife and both of us were like "oh, okay, 2 days they've met each other and Michaela is changing the guy who just ended his marriage to be with her and that she had 12 years of history with, exactly because...?" It was so stupid. They built that whole "jealous boyfriend act" with Jared and she was like "no, it's not like that" and in the end it WAS LIKE THAT. I really thought 4th season would start and they would've split up already, since he felt multiple times (and was told by the crazy lady) that she truly loves Jared and only married him because she thought he would last one day. However, we're still with this BS relationship. This is one of the worst love stories I've ever seen and one of the worst things at this show.
@@RSiB-22 yeah but he was gonna leave her after anyway. I think the biggest mistake he's made was not breaking up with her the next day after he got back with Michaela, regardless if Michaela would stay with him or not. This would be the attitude the character they built would have, the same one who couldn't keep a relationship with someone he just needed not to tell her about something he had nothing to do with. This guy would stay married to someone he didn't really love after cheating? I can't see that. But obviously writers had the genius Zeke idea in mind already and needed some drama for them not to be 100% together so Michaela could choose Zeke. Also, Zeke is fine character, but the way he was introduced to the story was like... Stupid. They just throw him there and then when he has to die, he doesn't. Until this day I'm wondering why he was introduced in the first place.
Zeke got his wish after his calling to be with Mikala . Cal wanted to be his age. Maybe when he fulfilled his calling he got his wish. 🤷🏽♀️
His wish should’ve been that his family was was safe. His mom shouldn’t have died.

What?! Zeke got no wish, he just got to live. Also, why Cal would want to fast forward years of his life if he could wish for his family to be safe instead? I think that when you're "saved" you're now the correct age you were supposed to be. Probably this happened to Zeke as well, but since he's in his late 30's there's no real difference on his face after 1 year. Maybe Saanvi too after what she did at the ship. I think this subject will be talked about in 4th season (I'm just starting to watch 4th season now)
I would really hate the version with „it’s a dream“ or „it’s a simulation“

What if they're all (the 828 passengers) between life and dead after the plane crushed but God gives them an oportunity "to return back in time" to the airport once they overcome this test (which has mixed outcomes during it depending on what they do)? If they don't/they fail, they would be dead.
Everything could be an intermediate limbo reality or something similar. Just a crazy random thought. I don't have any theory (although I've read interesting ones) 'cause I want to be impressed and I know S4/the ending will! :)
P.S. Finished S3 a couple of days ago and I think it has turned into my favorite series/show. Got me really hooked, couldn't stop watching the episodes! Really waiting for the last season!
Have you ever watched Orphan Black? It's also a misterious sci-fi but the quality is much much higher than Manifest. I'd give Orphan Black 9,5/10 and Manifest 6/10 at best. I was so shocked by the comment of having it as your favorite show that I needed to ask this. If you haven't watched, please give it a shot! It's one of the best written shows ever.

Their relationship didn't make sense from day 1. Only reason they got close was because both of them felt guilty about the death of someone really important to them. Other than that, NOTHING, absolutely nothing. No conversations, no common tastes, no experiences together... Just forced love. I'm just starting season 4 and I really think they should have Michaela and Jared together, btw I thought 4th season would already start with both of them splitting up, since his "we need to talk" line at the end of season 3 after he felt Michaela true love was for Jared.

i feel all the passengers in plane are in coma due to plane crashing and are sharing the same dream because of collective consciousness they talked about it in season 1 , thats why doings of one of them affect all and they keep finding clues from their past while solving the callings and how everything is related.
This would make sense but ultimately would be a bummer ending IMHO. Everytime a writer has to count on a coma or a dream for things to make sense, it means poor writing and cornered writers that didn't really have other choice. I'd prefer some relation with the Ark and Al-Zures to be like a time thing (Noah's Ark happened at year 13, Al Zures at 1013 and they at 2013 for instance) where if you're to die at a specific date you're given this kind of second chance by God or something, than they being in a coma.

Hence the name of the show. Everyone receives what they expect and manifest.
ONCE the spell is broken like with the criminals and Zeke they seem to heal up but what happens is that time catches up and that heals them. You won’t notice 1 year in Zeke but 5,5 Years in Cal. What killed the criminals in the end was their own guilt and the others expectation - they manifested their demise and that’s the connection to the many different religions and cultures. TJ (olive was over that guy so quickly) found Egyptian connections cause he expected to find them and so on.

I remember Cal literally saying at one point he revived all of them with his drawings but I'm not seeing any reference to that anywhere. He said that when he didn't want to draw the wolf because he would become real. Doesn't anybody remember that? I thought that was pretty important.
I just rewatched the show (don’t ask me why lol) but I can’t recall Cal ever saying he’s directly “resurrecting” people with his drawings, however I DO recall the scene you’re referring to about him not wanting to draw the wolf. If you happen to remember the episode let me know because I’m curious now lol

During the original flight Capital Daley had a copilot right? When he reappears we don’t see him either we could assume he went to the washroom but he was there when they flew into the dark lightning.
But in season one he flew again into the dark lightning with Fiona. It's connected to that, not the original flight back in 2013.

I’m dying to know what is gonna happen.
He kills a key character so that we can analyze the sacrifice of a child who is unable to call 911 or tell his father what he knows of the danger. He goes on the plane only to prevent his father from getting out and his mother. Raff kills Grace for the wrong reasons. He just wanted to kill her because she was close to Josh I'm sure. It doesn't hold all its blabla. And then they separated them in season 3, it's weird. Her story is passed down through Athena being pushed aside from Josh. I hope he didn't recreate a great love for us, well, it wouldn't be believed.. He annoys me Talking about sacrifice

Nah Jared Toxic af with Mick,so if anything he should stiick with the Major's daugther and leave Zeke & Mick be. Yeah I admit that Mick's questions that arise everytime Jared was in a relationship made her appear as to have romantic feelings for him, but I truly believe she still has a hard time believing how his affections change so fast whenever he meets a new female character... who knows it may anger her since he claims to be "in love with her still" yet their relationship let alone friendship ain't nothing but them discussing the past and them learing on the fact it chagned their lives due to the 828 incident. Hopefully S4 wraps up any so called love feelings up and Zeke & Mick's love grow even stronger.
