Anke's invisible Bind off (new version)

Do you love tubular BO, but don't like the sewing? Anke's invisible BO is a knitted alternative to a tubular/sewned BO.
It's not as stretchy as the original, so please keep your st loose, but it looks very similar and saves a lot of time. Happy BOing :)
