Get to Normandy, Bayeaux is a great base to see loads of WW1 and WW2 stuff, been a few times on my GT800F, XSR900 and CB500, and only 35 minutes on the shuttle.
Can you explain something to this 'murican? I was told holding up your index finger meant two in Germany. The thumb, whether you held it out or not, always indicates one. So if you held up four fingers without the thumb it still means five. Is it that way in France too? And sorry to hear Sgt. Sausage was sacrificed to the cold. Emma will have to resuscitate him. 😁
I've heard that too but I honestly have no idea! If a certain film is anything to go by, make sure you get it right before we descend into ww 3! Sgt Sausage is definitely going to become my new name for it 😂😂😂
Eyup. Is your Emma wearing an AlpineStar Andes V3 jacket? And if she is, is the outer layer getting scuffed to fcuk by the velcro bits? I'm well dischuffed with mine, I got it 3 years ago and it was worn out in a season. The outer layer is shagged and the inner liner went all saggy within a month.
That sounds about right for the gear.. i couldn't tell you if it was exactly that model but it's AlpineStar and Andes sounds familiar. Hers is completely fine though and has lasted a good few years. It's not incredibly waterproof though
RIP Sam’s sausage!!! Also I want to go abroad on my bike!!!!!!
😂😂
Do it! It's such a great experience!

"You have to annunciate the phlegm" - Sam. I'm going to use that in January, they are going to hate me more than expected.
😂😂 make sure you do it with a slightly open mouth so little bits of phlegm makes an appearance
@SamVBikes I'll do that. I'll probably end up divorced too, but it is worth the bit. My condolences on your #cold-schlong.

@SamVBikes I'm not referring to a Quentin Tarantino film. My uncle was in Germany and explained it to me when Quentin was a young little brat.
Ahh interesting! Haha from a young little brat to and old little brat 🤣
