Great preview Murph - really enjoyed you showing it off, and it looks like a fantastic release! Looking forward to learning the price as I love this airplane! It was the first thing I ever flew in MSFS! Great job as always.
As a present 42 driver I have to say this looks amazing. Don't forget to keep the starter key turned until you have 500 rpm on each engine on startup 👍😀
Amazing demo for an amazing plane! Looks like another first-dayer for me!!! How can I say no to a sporty twin with sticks and spacious cockpit view!! Visuals, details, and sounds from Boris?!? It's all there. COWS checked ALL the boxes on this one.
There’s things on every aircraft that catch my eye, and make the plane a little special, for me on these it’s the look of the engines, the cowling shape, underside detail. How the gear setups.
hell there is some attention to detail gone into this beauty love the weathering too more planes should have this or an option for it do hope this comes to xbox it will be a day one buy for me
Stumbled into your channel just the other day, nice work and good humor. This aircraft is very good, specially for those pilots in the flightschool momentary flying this twin. You fly well (beside the short inverted fase), you are not throwing around your aircraft like some other TH-camr. When you try to start the engine windmilling and turn in the direction of the dead engine and also descending you actually cause less airflow over the dead engine and have the risk to stall the dead wing and flip over😅. Nice review….day one buy for me !
Wicked aircraft! I used to fly the DA62 in P3D but got tired of the poor visibility from the cockpit. Looks like that won't be an issue in this little gem.
Most piston GA lack the violent shake when you turn the engine on and this is no exception. Hope they implement that at some point. Other than that, looks fantastic.
Its these planes, over the past year, that makes me try and stay “in” the sim, as opposed to buying a bunch of hardware to get out of the sim. I use a flight control and throttle quadrant, but otherwise try to remain in the sim utilizing the switches and levers that have been painstakingly created. Its more impressive from my experience.
I remember you recently said if there's anything we would like you to check out to let you know. I wonder if the new Sim Federation Phenom 300 and their new Bombardier Challenger 350 is worth a buy ? Of course they won't be PMDG's but could tide us over until Rauls Phenom 300 is out
I saw a video of the challenger 350 and it's so disappointing. It's the one biz jet I've been waiting for and of course sim federation has to be the devs behind it. It's the longitude flight model and sounds with the challenger exterior.
Nice, but still too many visible facets(not enough fine wireframe) to their round graphic objects. ie all those flat spots on the tires @ 2:30 as well as on almost all round objects. But it does look like a twin-engine Piper Tomahawk.
I did my multi in the da42 and i remember it being so unbelievably easy to fly. Looking forward to this

Great video I’m definitely going to pick one up. Looks like a lot of fun. 🤩

Oh, and you rotate at about 75, not 95, although it does differ a little depending on the airframe type 😆

Looks stunning. Love the detail on the gauges. Can't beat small twins. They're a lot of fun to fly.
eyup lad, where abouts in the sim were you in this video? absolutely gorgeous part of the world, I didn't catch you say it out loud
YMHB Hobart Airport Tasmania by Orbx mate
Really impressed. Just moving onto the DA42 for my CPL training so hoping the release is imminent!
The handflying on this aircraft is second to none!
It’s 💯 day one for me.
Definitely on the Second place in my favorite plane list

Looks nice. Hope it’s reasonably priced given a big part of what makes this plane is the WT g1000
I trained on this machine. It's awesome.

such an amazing plane. hope it lives up to the real world expectations

Thanks so much for the comment and the helpful tips! I'll give that a try

I'm confused. What happened at 8:08? Did the elevator stop device not work?
Didnt work in this build - but the dev was in the chat and said it fixed on the next build. Im looking forward to seeing it
Beautiful work! ;)

You could get that using FSRealistic afaik
@@twotonemurphy won't be the same though, it's gotta be sounds coming from the aircraft, tuned in to work with the audio environment.
Very tempted to get this Twin Star. Coming from the Comanche, will I be disappointed with the flight model or is it really so good ?
Its flies really well, I was not dissapointed
@@twotonemurphy yeah I got it and it's superb! Cheers
I hope this comes to console as well soon!

Man that is a sexy bird.

Sure thing mate - I have the 300 and just saw a new V2 version of it. Happy to try out the 350 too! stay tuned

Da-42 is my favorite small twin
Struggling with this aircraft because it does not work with my Brunner yoke. Does anyone have a workaround?

did my multi in the twin star. they NAILED the sounds for this plane. they even replicating the "clocking" of the prop during engine restart
17:49 - Looks like you're flying from the back seat.
even the very tall have to fly. But yes - the idea was to get a wider view of the engines
Haven’t seen anything about this coming to Xbox, I sure hope it does. We need more high fidelity GA on console.
Whenabouts will this be releasing?
No release date just yet, but I reckon in a few weeks
Wheeen I need it
No release date just yet, but I would say in a few weeks
@@twotonemurphy thanksss ..well, We'll keep waiting ,thanks for the video 🫡
uuum, ima NEED A DATE !!! STAT !! 😂
This is the cows moo if you get what I'm saying.
I bet its a cow to fly! - Geddit?!?!?!?!.... Never mind...
