Hooked on Aerobics: Episode 2

This is likely not the second episode of Hooked on Aerobics. My mom recorded several episodes of this show from about 1989-2002. I haven't been able to find any information about the episode lists, but my understanding is that BYU recorded two seasons of the show and then kept it in early morning rotation for years until a programming change. Only one legitimate release exists on VHS that I've found, and otherwise BYU seems to have washed their hands of the show. I'm uploading these for anyone else that remembers the show, and with the hope that a legitimate release will happen someday.

I have to say that I grew up with my mom watching and trying to do the workouts to this series. I thought this is how normal workouts are more or less supposed to be...
And then I got one of the national aerobics championships recommended to me tonight here on TH-cam...
What the heck did I just watch?!
I had to come hunting for a hooked on aerobics video to make myself feel better after that! 😱
