I love your tutorials!! You are so kind and gentle! You know what I mean? Some others are very cold and not "fun". You are very gentle and easy explaining
Hi!! thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us! i just discovered your tutorials and they are really amazing! i love the high quality of the videos, the bunch of perspectives with the camera, and you guys's sense of humor!
I usually have issues maintaining concentration (with anything lol) but Al’s commentary was so hilarious I was engaged throughout the entire tutorial. 😂
I decided to watch some of your older tutorials, because I enjoy them and you guys always make me laugh! This is such a pretty landscape and I definitely want to try it. Btw, at the end when you are talking to Siri on your phone....my phone answered. I was cracking up! Thanks for the great tutes!
Love your tutorials! I am a subscriber of your kits and am wondering what would be the comparable colors for the dandelion paints? Deep blue, Dandelion Yellow, Fuchsia and Rose Red?? Thank you for making these tutorials free, fun and easy to follow along with!
My husband said - "When two lines get too close but don't quite touch, or barely touch - like you mentioned with the top of the second tree and the mountain - it's called a tangent. Which usually is an art design 'no, no'." So you're thinking right about that. :)
Hi Cindy! Unfortunately we do not currently have a color conversion chart between Dandelion Paint Co. colors and Dr. Ph. Martin's hydrous paints. We apologize for any letdown this may cause.
Hi Stephanie! We'd recommend using a kneaded eraser to get rid of those marks- www.letsmakeart.com/products/kneaded-rubber-erasers?_pos=1&_sid=4620d531d&_ss=r
Hi Ruth! In this project Sarah is using Sunshine Yellow, Sunrise Pink, Moss Rose, Norway Blue, and Black. These paints are Dr. Ph Martin liquid watercolors. We do have an in house brand as well that Sarah uses in her newer boxes as well, they are called Dandelion Paint Co. The comprable paints in that brand for this project would be Dandelion Yellow, Pink, Fuchsia, Tahoe Blue, and Black
I got this kit and tried like 5x and each time got muddy colors and were finding colors soaking into the paper before I could mix. So frustrating. Do we get cold press paper with the kit? Maybe water coloring just isn’t for me.
Hi! My colors were very muddy when painting the sunset. The colors would bleed too. I think I’m going to try painting it again but waiting for the colors to dry a bit before adding another color to the sunset. I hope that will work.
I struggled too with muddy color or overworked paper. I tried a wash of yellow at the top and added pink to the bottom then water and kept rotating my paper. That worked better for me.

Have you thought about using a hair dryer to help drying time? I haven't tried it yet, but I have seen that technique before.
Sarah if I where to do this whole project in Dr. Ph.Martin hydrous paints which colors would match yours

Awesome tutorial
What brand of paints are in the kits? Are they the Martins that you mentioned? That would be cool actually. I never tried those yet.
Love your channel! Could you do a rose? I really wanna learn to paint one but I'm having trouble 😔
totally, I'll put it in the lineup! Keep watching!
Awesome! Thank you
I love the colors! What do you recommend to remove the penciled line at the top?
